It was mid, got a spicy chicken sandwich and a new cali XL as im driving through. The guy who took my order was great super nice. He told me they are dropping me a fresh spicy chicken which i thought was because i hit them at a dead time. So i was content with a wait i pulled my car up and parked, not even a minute after parking was a different worker running my food out to me. The frys were old and lukewarm. And the spicy chicken sandwich was also old with stiff bread around the edges like it was sitting in the heater for too long. Not like it was burnt more like it was stale. The burger was decent though, fresh bread fresh cheese was put on it the pattys might have sat on the grill for nearly as long as they could though. So this location needs another look from higher management on having them throw their old food away after industry standards says to. Not to leave it in the heater till your next customer comes an hour past its toss time. 2 stars because the dude at the window was cool.

It’s either hit or miss with this place. When it’s good it’s great. Food always fresh & delicious but when it’s not it’s a pitiful. I love their Beyond Burger & there are times when they don’t offer it which I kind of understand but when your drive-thru is closed & I then come inside & wait to order & it looks like you’re closing up but I can get certain food but no Beyond Burger.

Horrible experience. 10/10 would not recommend. We ordered a burger and chicken strips and milkshakes (which were sour), 3 couples came in after we ordered and they all got served before us. When we asked about when our food would be ready, which keep in mind it had been 30 mins, they ignored us. We asked for a refund and the manger was rude and told us to calm down. While they served the next person and gave them their food while we were dealing with the manager. Horrible customer service.

Carl’s Jr here in Okmulgee seems to now have a nightly routine of shutting down drive thru sometimes several hours before closing and saying that the drive thru computer is not functioning and you have to come inside to order. Even if it was genuinely not functioning, just take the order on the counter register. There’s no need to lie to guests wanting to place an order. This makes the third time I’ve been told the same lie when I pull in drive thru. I think I’m pretty much done with giving them any more of my business at this location.

Simply used the drive thru and this place is extremely and impressively clean. Even the parking area was clean.
The service was friendly and outstanding. The food was delivered to the window fast, hot, and fresh. Very good meal that was quick, easy, and underpriced for the quality.
The view of the inside from the drive thru window we even nice. The floors are spotless and items are in their place.
