I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I’m usually pretty easygoing, but I feel the need to share my experience at this Starbucks today. I come to this location about three times a week—sometimes even more—so I’m not new here.
Right off the bat, the person taking my order sounded noticeably annoyed. I get that it was 6:45 in the morning and none of us are at our brightest, but there’s no reason to sound irritated while taking a customer’s order. When I was handed my drink, I got the same annoyed tone with a very unwelcoming “thank you.”
I had customized my drink and added vanilla sweet cold foam since it had six shots, but what I received was basically plain foam with no cream at all. This isn’t the first time my customized drinks have been made with the bare minimum, and considering how much I spend here every month, I expect better service and better quality.
I really miss the old morning team. Please do better, Starbucks.

WOW. 5 stars all around. I typically don’t go to coffee chains, and this particular starbucks is out of my route. I decided to go to try the new grande pistachio latte! I placed my order in the building and the lady, Marissa I believe, was just happy to be there! She was extremely professional yet made me feel like we have been friends forever. You could tell everyone around her loved her, even some of the gentlemen in the lobby were cracking jokes with her! She went to make my drink with another staff member and they were clearly enjoying their job, happy, singing, laughing, but still LASER FOCUSED, fast and accurate. I’m impressed with that! Go starbucks. I definetly plan to make this my regular stop. Thank you for the amazing experience Marissa.

Nothing makes me happier than to see staff that seem cared for and a mgmt that is on top of it! Had a simple mistake on my order and it was handled with elegance and care! Didn’t even give me a chance to feel like a burden for pointing it out.

You can tell a lot about a place by how they handle mishaps and this store has it figured out! Thanks Maya!!

I’ve always loved this location but recently, it’s just gotten out of hand. It could be the holidays or just the influx of people moving to the area, but the wait time is ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes for an in-store mobile order and only was able to get one coffee out of a coffee and sandwich order before I had to leave for work.
It is not the baristas fault whatsoever, because every time I am there there are stacks of drinks on the counter that are addressed to ghost customers who order and drop off the face of the earth, teenagers loitering by the counter but never ordering, a father of 6 kids ordering frappes for all of them with no regard for the circumstances of the store, etc.
Please save these baristas some sanity and go to the Starbucks on 518 sometimes

I just came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and usually I don’t have any problems but today when I came through a woman ( I think her name was Gina) was very rude and had an attitude with me. I orders two drinks and she only gave me one, when I told her there were two drinks she got mad and said “ what was the other drink? It was food or a drink?” I let her know I had a venti iced blonde vanilla latte, then she got an attitude with me and said to the bar I had a matcha I tried to correct it but she closed the window in my face. She was very rude and unprofessional

For the past month or two when I order via the app to pick up on my way to work, I have ended up waiting 10-15 minutes when I get to the store for my order. This is even when there is no one in the drive thru and minimal patrons in the store. They have stopped greeting customers when they come in, are continually having personal conversations and ignoring customers, and working at a snail’s pace without even acknowledging customers waiting for their app orders.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks because the staff were having a hard time figuring out who was in charge of what and kept getting in one anothers way. When we go in, it usually takes a while to get our drinks. Most of the time, the line doesn’t take as long.

This is slow service. I asked simply for a refund, then they decided to make the wrong coffee after servicing only drive thru. I paid for a Grande coffee and the served me a short. I will not return.
