This is hands down the best Starbucks in California! Friendly staff – clean eating area and restroom- our drinks tasted great!

So disappointed. Huge clumps of matcha in my drink. It tasted weak but I didn’t see the clumps until after I drank it. The Starbucks barista made no offer to remake the finished drink, even though it’s their policy to if the issue was genuine and made politely. He said he was sorry, but I think offering to fix these situations is what is needed to keep customers happy and coming back.

Latte and egg bites prepared as expected from starbucks- no complaints there. Service was nice, as well, as it should be! I appreciate the history of this location and the cool bank vault door inside. Not many opportunities to see something like this nowadays. Worth a stop in to grab a coffee and take a look! The road is a little loud for outdoor seating- maybe a hedge would help dampen the noise.

Starbucks is everywhere. But if you want to switch it up there, try the apple crisp frappuccino, it’s delicious! It tastes like sweet caramely green apple goodness. Truly the most unique flavor I’ve discovered there. Their nitro cold brew coffees are good too. I grew up in Los Osos and remember when this was a bank. Living in Oregon now and visiting, it’s always nice to come in and reminisce about the good ol’ days. The way they turned the bank vault into a seating room was pretty darn crafty!

Ordered on the app in advance, intending to enjoy in the shop, but that wasn’t going to be allowed as it turned out. The shop was only open for drive thru, and the doors were locked. I had to walk to the drive thru window, where I was told I needed to get out of the drive thru lane for liability reasons (there were no cars btw). After 5 more minutes of standing outside the front door, my drinks were brought out.

Five bucks for a cup of tea? I won’t be doing that again anytime soon. Had to go back to the counter to get some milk for my tea; it was explained to me that because of “Covid”, they no longer provide a station for people to add cream to their coffee.

Came in via the drive-thru and was pleasantly welcomed by their very sweet staff. The drink I ordered tasted off, so I looped back around to go inside. They made quick work of making a replacement drink. Would recommend stopping by here & thanks again!

I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee at the Los Osos location. When I ordered the screen did not show my order or a price I had to ask the employee this is not the first time this has happened. When I get to the window they made the wrong drink!!
Again this is not the first time this has happened the last time it happened I waited over 20 minutes for an over priced cup of coffee. The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn’t taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don’t know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I’m done wasting time and money on this place.

I just had a first date there. It’s a safe place to meet and fortunately for us, it was mostly empty. I drink simple decaf, and the server offered a couple options. I ended up with pour over. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough room left in the cup for cream – and I said that I wanted cream when I ordered! As a result, I was Lady Grace (not!), spilling as I drank. Great first impression. My date had juice, which they forgot to bring to the table! And they weren’t busy!! But, we got to spend 2 1/2 hours getting to know each other without being rushed out. More dates to follow ☯️
