I went through the drive-through yesterday and I have the most pleasant experience with a wonderful employee named Molly. It’s not very often that we leave drive-through smiling anymore let alone belly laughing, so I truly appreciate everything about this lady. I have been in the food industry for several several years and had seen all kinds of employees, you have a winner with Molly! If she’s not a lead she should be and I would also recommend a raise.

We had the afternoon munchies, so we stopped in for some curly fries and a fountain drink. The manager cooked us up a fresh order of fries. They were delicious. The place was clean. Orders were being taken at the drive-through window. We were the only inside customers at 3:00 p.m. Glad we stopped in. This is our first first to a Hardee’s in years. Now I’m wondering why not.

I decided to try their fish special. They had two fish sandwiches for six dollars. Boy they were the best restaurant fish I’ve ever had. They were so fresh and looked wonderful. They were great sandwiches. The people who work there especially Eric were really customer friendly. I went back to next week for the same thing. I’m pretty cheesy too because we get fresh walleye off our lake. I would recommend this place. I had only gone through the drive-through, but the food was excellent and service was too.

Desiree is a Queen. She was gracious and gave me half curly fries and half regular fries just like I asked. And had a great big smile to boot. And the food was hot and good… A phenomenal experience at Hardee’s in Hampton!

Stoped to eat at Hardee’s, haven’t been there for a few years. The food was below average, the service was good though. Don’t understand why the dining room was closed at 8:00 p.m. when it said it was open till 10:00 p.m. Perhaps management should post correct hours on their signage and website.
It was definitely not worth the price I was charged. Probably will not ever go there again.
