I placed my order and when I got up to the window the manager was rude and extremely nasty. She said that she didn’t have one of the items that I asked for and would have to go out back and get. I said so go get it and her response was it is going to take me awhile and I don’t have the time I said that I am not going to take this without the other item and she threw the item back at me. Then she rudely told me to pull my car to the next window and wait that it would take her a while to get the product that I wanted. When I finally got the item she was very nasty when she opened the window and handed it to me.

Clean and quiet. Stopped for lunch on a 7 hour car trip after driving 4 hours from central Maine. For being as slow as they seemed – two people sitting in the lobby while we ordered and a couple of cars in the drive thru, we were missing sauce with our order and needed to go to the counter to ask for some, and my hamburger had cheese on it, but I have a dairy allergy so I had to go to the counter again and wait for someone. She was kind about it and brought me a new burger, but it happens a lot when people aren’t trained right or forget to double check stuff like that.

Arrived to pick up my breakfast order (placed before 10:30) a few minutes (less than 10) after 10:30 and was told I couldn’t get my food. Bummer since I used a reward and don’t know if I’ll get it back. When I asked, the person on the radio couldn’t tell me what would happen to my reward. Disappointing since this same situation has happened before and I was able to pick up hp.

Rating a 3. Food is exactly what we expected however, the cashier decided to up-sell without asking. We ordered meals with coffee, cream and sugar. Meals come with coffee or juice. We were shocked when she said the amount but pulled around and handed the credit card to her. When she handed back the card and receipt and reviewed, we saw all the up charges. At the window to pick up the food we asked and the young man pulled the manager. She said, yes that coffee comes with the meal but we ordered medium. We told her we did not, only asked for 2-3 creamers and sugars for each coffee. Her response, Sorry and nothing she can do. Totally floored as this is similar to cramming except they did give us medium size coffees. Be aware and make sure you’re not “unknowingly” being upsold. Enjoy your $7.51 up charge McDonalds and marketing PR that came with it.

My daughter loves McDonald’s french fries! I think the food is, well, McDonald’s.The drive thru has multiple places to order and they have never mixed up my order. The inside looks good. Bathrooms are okay.
I have ordered through the app and kiosk and my orders were correct.
Update: June 2024; If you want to save $ at McDonald’s, download the app! My kids like McDonald’s and when I am “very” hungry and in a rush, not the band that sings “Tom Sawyer”, I ordered the $5 Value Meal.
Update: May 2025; The ice-cream they serve my son liked though it was melted. My Oreo McFlurry was okay . Inside still looks good.

I was having issues with mobile ordering called the restaurant got hung up on the first time called a second time spoke to the Breakfast manger got nothing but attitude and she told me there’s nothing she can do. Its absurd how expensive it is to eat at mcdonalds these days and you get the worst of the worst service on top of it. She should be fired and replaced with someone that knows how to speak to people. On top of it my sandwich was smashed and the tortillas on my burritos were as hard as rock. Thanks again mcdonalds for crappy food at high prices.

We ordered a 20 piece nugget with two medium fries and all of our food was cold. The nuggets look like they were cooked at lunch and left in the warmer…I have worked at mc Donald’s years ago and these are DEFINITELY older than hour. Gross. Next time just tell your customers there’s a wait. I’m just glad our drinks were just like the rest of our order

Quiet clean workers, but my girl got some fries and when I grabbed a hand full I promise it had nothing to do with them being free. It was just crispy hot and salted like I haven’t tasted in a long time. Unlike the locations in HAVERHILL mass 🙁
