Absolutely delicious food and great service! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, even with people chatting around. Authentic Thai cuisine presented in a stylish, artistic way — and the spice levels are customized per your request.
It’s a must-try for any food lover. The white linen tablecloths add a touch of elegance, and though the décor is simple, it’s pleasant and comfortable. Soft background music creates a soothing vibe, ideal for a calm date night or a cozy family dinner.
Bring your own candles for a more romantic touch. (Ask first before striking the match). Families with children were there, and the kids knew how to behave in a restaurant — which kept the setting peaceful. Fresh flowers on the tables were a lovely detail.
Overall, excellent value for the money. What a wonderful surprise from a neighborhood spot

This has to be the worse Thai I ever had. Cooking isn’t for everyone and this is definitely NOT their calling. The service was great, restaurant was clean and spacious. Would I eat from here again, the food was over cooked and soggy. It’s a hard pass for me.

**update this is now my new favorite place I ate in today it was wonderful, small, cozy nice jazz music, good great service and food. It’s a hidden gem I had the shrimp with mango curry and we ordered chicken and shrimp drunken noodles. All excellent**They were fast and the drunken noodles were good with a nice tangy kick to it. We found it on Yelp and went back the next day.

Intimate, great service, and DELICIOUS food. I moved out-of-state, so I hadn’t been here in a few years. We just made our way back to this place, and nothing has changed. It’s definitely a Northeast Philly gem.

The food here is really delicious, and the service is very attentive. Everyone should try the Fried Calamari — it’s super tasty!

House of Thai was recommended to me by couple of my colleagues, some of which would drive 30 minutes just for their food. After ordering couple popular items, I can see why.
At the time of my arrival, there was some minor construction ongoing. But that didn’t impact my experience, since we ordered for takeout.
What was ordered:
Spring Rolls (Good)
Thai Fried Rice – with Chicken (Delicious)
Drunken Noodle (Absolutely delicious) – I can see why it is so popular. I would not hesitate to order this dish every single time. It is packed with flavor, and the food is thoroughly cooked, tasted very fresh.
If you are in the area, highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Food is delicious. We usually order online for pickup or DoorDash. Our go to orders are the drunken noodles with chicken and the golden bags. It’s always delicious. We order from here about twice a month.

I ordered the Siam chicken it comes with rice, string beans, broccoli and peanut sauce. Everything was delicious, the best peanut sauce I’ve ever tried. A few days ago I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and chicken. The best in town no exaggeration . It tasted way better than I was expecting. Their Thai tea isn’t overly sweet it’s just right.
