We used to order once a week and had good pizza, hot most of the time… but this last experience was TERRIBLE! We waited over two hours to receive COLD pizza in smashed boxes. The store wouldn’t remake pizzas or do anything to try and help us. It was the worst customer service and pizza ever. We are so disappointed.

These guys are horrible!!! We ordered twice online two differnt times, with both times this pizza being made wrong. We called to get them corrected amd were put in hold for 10 minutes and then the General Manager gets on the phone and hands up on us!!! What kind of respectable business hands up the phone on a customer whwn the business was in the wrong to begin with. This manager needs to be fired! Do not eat here. Find a different Toppers or different pizza place to spend your money at. Save yourself the headache. You’ll get the wrong pizza and then when you attempt to get it corrected, you’ll get hung up on.

We ordered pizza and bacon sticks. The marinara sauce I had was a dark color. My husband’s and daughter’s sauces looked normal. Mine seemed to taste ok so I didn’t think anything of it. 6 hours later I started having severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. 3 days later and I’m still sick. Last time we eat there.

They have great customer service and an awesome staff team. They have awesome food. I ordered wings and pizza and they came out perfectly as well as within a perfect time range. By far the best place to grab a bite of pizza or some wings.

Toppers is a college go to. I first learned about it in LaCrosse, WI while I was in grad school. Minnetonka is a less likely location, but the quality remains the same if not better in this family owned location. If ever something isn’t perfect the owner will personally fix the problem.
The Toppers folks are always patient with me when I order super weird pizzas. I usually get half custom something and the other half completely different to my liking.
The waiting area has a few tables. Some people dine in like I did today while on lunch. Most do delivery or pick up.
Make sure to get The cinnamon stixx. They are the best dessert!!!! The traditional stixx are very tasty as well.

I love this place. I agree that I’ve had issues sometimes just getting the sauces that I ask for, but other than that I’ve never had any issues. The quality of this place is so much better than dominoes, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns so im happy to pay a little extra. Since Sarpinos moved on this has been our #1/only pizza place so please never leave!

It’s close to us and the pizza is good, but their prices are high. We bought a medium tonight because they have a 1/2 online coupon. We paid $9.12 – which means that little medium pizza would have been almost $18 full price!

This is one of my favriot pizza places. but its the one i order the most because i only live about 7 minutes away. But recently, ive started seeing downs when having pizza here, and the pizzas fine but iv had some probloms with the dipping sauces. For the past times ive recently orderd weve only had probloms wit the dipping sauce. The first time i orderd 2 dipping sauces , natch and marinarra, but they were both marinnarra so i had to go back in and swap the sauces.The second and most recent time is that i orderd 3 sauces, chipolte,natch, and bacon honey musrtard. And when i came home i realized that they didnt get us the Bacon HM. Im disipointed abouth the sauces and i hope they get better because to me. Pizza without dip is like no batterys for the tv remote.

Pizza had great flavor and I think I really would have liked it but it came with no warmth at all. I understand delivered pizza may not be hot but I do expect delivered pizza to be at least warm.
