This is the second Wings to Go location in Jonesboro. I haven’t eaten here often but when I do it is comparable to the other location. The wings seem to be smaller compared to some other places’ wings. The variety of sauces cannot be matched by any other place in town. The food is good but I do prefer to go elsewhere for wings when eating them.

They NEVER get a call in order correct. And if they get it wrong, something is missing, they refuse to refund it, you get a store credit. Today was my LAST time to get food from here. And just look at the celery. Great job, guys

Id give it 100 stars if I could. Great staff, the guy with the glasses helped picked a flavor of sauce that best suited my pallet as my stomach does not like spicy, plus he had a great sense of humor. Food was cooked perfectly, the chicken was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and the sauce to chicken ratio was perfect. Restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.

Me and daughter always ate at wings to go. It was our place to bond and enjoy good food. The service is usually great. But last night, I witnessed a worker touch my celery with his bare hands, as he was sweeping the floor. I complained of course. As my food was being re-packaged, the same dude touched my food again, this time with an unsanitary bag, despite there being two other workers standing there, watching him, that didn’t have a broom in their hand, ready to package my food. He knew I was watching so he sarcastically waved his hand at me, with the bag, while throwing it in the trash, as a way to mock me. I was still willing to be mature, take my food, and leave. As I was turning to leave, I hear a couple workers mocking me yet again. They said, “Didn’t you touch her fries too?” Or something like that. I was still willing to leave, but no. At that point, that was strike 3, and I gracefully got a refund. The manager was very nice and understanding about everything. The money came back to my account immediately. Any other day, this place is awesome. Me and my daughter went to eat together and watch cartoons all the time, but I could not believe what happened last night. Just for this one experience, I would just rather not go again. And I’m so sorry to the people that actually made us smile and served us great service every time before now. May you all be blessed, even the immature ones.

I am very disappointed in this place! We were arrived at the restaurant and ordered our food. We did not get food till 45 minutes later! Everyone in the restaurant ordered food after us and some had more people in their party and they all got our food before us. The lady who was in charge told us that it was because we had boneless and traditional wings which took longer to cook! This made no sense because everyone around us had boneless and traditional wings… It also was not a very welcoming environment! Very disappointed.

Wings To Go on Alexander Dr is great. We will go out of our way to go to this location, as the Parkview location isn’t quite as good. Our orders are always right, even when we order different sauces, and different amounts, along with traditional and boneless. We have tried wings at other places and always return to this restaurant at this location. Keep up the good work!!!
