Ordered on DoorDash and picked up to get the buy 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich deal. It was not the best. It just tasted kind of old like it had been sitting out a while and it wasn’t very warm.

The sandwiches were ready very quickly though with plenty spicy sauce on it, extra hot sauce in the bag, and napkins.

Ordered online waited patiently in the drive thru line for over 30 mins to get my order completely wrong. Missing side of coleslaw, missing mac & cheese. Random bag of fries didn’t order, ordered two strawberry cream cheese pies (only had one) gave me a side of red beans & rice in its place see photo for what they gave me instead. Asked for 3 breast & 2 legs, said ok we will do it. Got 2 breasts and a random thigh they tried to pass off as a breast.

I ordered chicken tenders and got a 3 piece chicken which I did not order and even so , it was awful. Grease needs changed! Tastes greasy and gross! Not what I ordered and if that’s not bad enough they couldn’t even put my sauce in the bag. The rating here makes sense.

First of all when I arrived no one was paying attention to me. I was standing there for 2 minutes until someone came and greeted me. I told the person that I had order online and they asked me for my name which I gave them. They didn’t believe me and asked to see my app order and I did. Upon receiving my order I took it home to find out it wasn’t what I order. I order 4 wings 4 thighs and 4 legs and all I got was a box full of breast. I wasn’t happy and called twice at first no answer then 25 minutes later I tried to call again this time I had someone that picked up the phone. I explained what had happened instead of apologizing he was very very rude to me on the phone. And told me to bring the chicken back to the store instead of remaking my order for next time. I really don’t know who I spoke to but he really needs to learn phone etiquette. If not find another job.

It feels like home (I like the food and this their strawberry lemonade chilled) I was given it to by a lady named (I may butcher this I am sorry Alexia or Alexis). she had like coffin pink nails that are like opaque (I am using descriptor because I may have spelled her name wrong). The service is good and fast there is another lady I want to put on here but I know her face and need to get her name but (I went in and she serviced me several times). I believe this is the correct Popeyes I have been frequenting.

My family and I stood at the register for 10 mins waiting to order, watching the staff chit chat with amongst each other. Not once did they acknowledge our presence. I wouldve escalated it to the manager but the manager was one of the two staffs standing in front chit chatting. Poor customer service. I cant imagine running a business and managing staff when the manager himself didn’t acknowledge someone is waiting to order. The restaurant was empty and it was just us in line. We walked out and went 2 stores down to KFC. They greeted us the second we opened the front door! Shame on this whole establishment. If I could give it 0 stars I would! It doesnt even deserve 1 star.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this location… as I pull up to the window around 10:30pm (4/12/25) the cashier was finishing her txt before acknowledging anything going on. She has a second to find my order and says my total I heard at the window I had ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon and cheese (no pickles) one combo one by itself with fries and red beans with rice along with 2 strawberry pies. As the cashier hands me my receipt and drink I turn around to her handing me the 2 strawberry pies and saying “have a great night” and proceeds to go back on her phone to txt whom ever , so as any confused person would I just waited till she realized I was still there (another 2 mins) as she realized she’s still at work she proceeded to ask did I get my strawberry pies? I replied yes but I’m still missing my whole order she then goes calls out to her co worker “the foods not even ready?” Then grabs a bag without double checking anything and then replies again with “have a great night”. I had more patience then I should have with her and the whole customer experience and I drove off and gave the the benefit of the doubt the the order should be good… boy was I wrong. As I got home I open my bag to find one sandwich with pickles along with Mac and cheese and fries and a biscuit. Let’s start with the sandwich for one it had pickles and no cheese or bacon and basically was mayo with a side of chicken for two the Mac and cheese tasted well not fresh is the only words I can use to describe it but the fries were good so that’s the only reason for 2 stars I’m very disappointed with the night crew but as much as they are to blame I more blame the management and the owner of this establishment for letting poor work ethic and distractions in the workplace and letting customers have bad experiences I would hope this crew addresses theses issues or put a Burger King at this location instead with even them having more respect for it’s customers. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone come to this location unless you want to take a chance like I tried.

This location is ALWAYS slow for some reason. Even if you do a mobile order and give them extra 25 mins. you’ll wait another 30 and still be missing items. this has happened multiple times. hire more staff, get a better manager, something. They are just never prepared. I’ll be glad when the KFC just down the way opens, maybe that’ll suck less.
