This Wawa (and most others) has a large variety of items and pretty good food (at least as good as you’d expect from a gas station). Higher gas prices then some places due to their rewards program I’d guess. Always pretty clean too.

Its getting worse by the day. Really its been about a year and its a hit or miss with the coffee. Either its sitting there and you leave with a cup only to find it lukewarm or you pour out coffee that similar to tea. So light that you end up trashing it. If the coffe is out and you stand there some employees will see u and ignore you leaving u there for however long. And to be honest its only certain teams when they r on shift. I just want someone to train them just make sure the coffee is made and made with enough coffee grinds for the amount of water. Its not too much to ask. Those of us that are on the road with little time in between to stop and grab a cup depend on it. I feel like lately I should call and reserve the coffee before I get there and its frustrating. Im tired of complaining to managers because nothing changes same teams same coffee style.and Whitehall store never used to be like this. I hope this post can have others that stop frequently in Whitehall speak out because we unfortunately have no other option in Whitehall as so far this is our only wawa in the area. Please post so we can see some change that we as customers deserve

Went to wawa on Jan 8th around 11:00am and left my water bottle on accident. I returned later in the day around 7:30pm. I asked the employees if they had seen it and they quickly realized that they had. They gave my water bottle back to me and I had a sigh of relief. Great food. Best hoagies. But, the pizza is the worst pizza i ever ate. It got worse when i reheated it the next day. I would NOT eat this if i was starving. But everything else is great. Stay away from the Pizza.

I came here to buy a chicken, bacon and ranch snack. They gave me the wrong one. Seeing the snack that has lettuce, I go and ask the boy who gave it to me. Does this have bacon? He dares to lie to me in my face telling me that he does have bacon. I go out to my car and try it and sure enough they gave me a snack that had pickle, lettuce, chicken and medium spicy sour sauce. I CAN’T EAT SPICY!!! I go back into the place and I think I talk to a manager (I think) and I explain the situation to him and he looks up the information on my purchase on the computer. He asked for it to be remake. While I was waiting for the remake I was on the verge of having heartburn due to the spiciness and I wait for 15 to 20 minutes and nothing. I asked for my money back and left.

Would be fine if my order wasn’t getting messed up all the time. In the past 4 weeks they have messed up my order 4 separate times. One of those times I had to drive all the way back cause they never put the chicken in my chicken strip sandwich. I do understand that food service can be both hard and stressful, especially at a gas station that’s open 24/7 but dammit if I say no cheese don’t put cheese. What if I was lactose intolerant? Then I wouldn’t even be able to eat it and that’s if I notice in time. The fact that the main part of my sandwich was just forgotten, making me drive almost 20 min back is crazy but again I understand that mistakes happen but it’s been happening way too often. Other than that the employees are nice and the food is fine.
