Pizza arrived cold and dry! Taste like a frozen box pizza! I added red crushed pepper, to try and enhance the flavor! Unbelievable! Wings were mediocre! Some were cooked all the way through! While others were not! The mango habanero was very tasty! Only good thing about my order! $40 wasted!!

I have been eating the same pizza for the last fews years. I decided to try Rosati’s because it’s close to where I live. This was the best decision ever. It’s delicious. It’s not just the pizza, but the sides your order were really good. We purchased the mild chicken wings, and the toasted ravioli. It’s worth every bit. You definitely do not have to go to Chicago to have some of the best pizza. It’s right here in Midlothian. If you live near, please visit Rosati’s Pizza.

I asked for my food to be delivered in the back on the stoop, it was delivered in the front far away from the door left on a box. I had not received a message or a call or an email my food was ready. The estimated time was 6:15-6:20 I was in the lower level of the house 15 feet from the front door. There was no knock or ring on the door bell. Around 6:25-6:30 I was curious where my driver was so I went to track it cause I assumed he or she were running late. Just to than discover all of my food was delivered. I than check the back and front door to see there is no food . So I go out the back and around my house to find it sitting on a box at the side of my driveway. Pizza was great, I added the wings when picking my order up got home they were too hot to eat even with the ranch even had my nose running. There is no way that was a mild I eat mild all the time. This was my 1st time trying you guys, but what got me when I called in just to let the staff know I pretty much was told no no the cooks assured it was not hot. I did let them know I will be bringing it back on tomorrow just so they can see and smell the strong hot smell. Didn’t realize when I said it that holiday was the next day, so to the garbage my wings went.

Delicious pizza, will not order any other, and there are plenty to choose from in the area. It’s crispy and cheesy. The sauce isn’t too acidic. Love the coupon code mailers. The Chef Salad and wings are also favorites. The kids love pizza Thursdays.

This review is directed to the owner or corporate management because my experience at this location was entirely unacceptable.
I arrived around 8:30 PM and did not leave until about 9:50 PM, which means I waited well over an hour for a simple pizza order. I requested a well-done extra-large cheese pizza because my previous experience was not satisfactory. Yet once again, the pizza was undercooked, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff failed to handle it professionally.
After asking for a replacement, I waited an additional 25 minutes, only to find out they hadn’t even started on the new pizza. This brought my total wait time to over an hour with my children waiting in the car, which is simply inexcusable. The atmosphere inside was chaotic, the staff was disorganized, and the entire situation was handled with a lack of respect for a paying customer’s time.
I strongly urge management to take immediate action. This level of mismanagement and disregard for customers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Rosati’s brand.
