I’ve tried Cuban food some other times and it hasn’t been that good, however I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food in this place was. Generous portions and exquisite flavor.

Ate a Milanesa de pollo / breaded chicken with fries and a chocolate shake. The food tastes amazing, the service is top-notch, all of the employees are polite, decent, friendly overall, and the location is unseemly – I never expected to find such a nice restaurant on a street in Allapattah ! The food is not expensive, as well! Would recommend if you’re on a budget. Definitely coming back. Thank you !

I’m so glad places like this still exist. Not far from the glitzy overpriced foolishness in Wynwood, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. Sat at a clean table and brought freshly buttered warm Cuban toast. My waitress was very nice. The menu selection was large and I had a delicious palomilla steak sandwich, plantains, and a soda for less than $10. Bravo. Keep it simple old Florida. My only negative comment was regarding limited parking, but hey, you’re near downtown Miami. I was visiting from Tampa on business, but I will be back!

Food was amazing, I had the ox tail and I honestly didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. Service was also great, if we ever come back to Miami we are definitely stopping here again no doubt about that.

Good food, very delicious, good service as well, only note to make sure of the price they are charging you as is not the same one you see in the menu. I also asked if sides were included with my order since I didn’t want them, and they told me yes, so they brought them to later see my receipt and find out they charged me extra for the sizes I didnt even want in the first place. Small latin cafeteria, paid street parking, $$
