This is the most disgusting, useless and disappointing Wendy’s I have been in in 60 years. Out of four employees one acknowledge that I was standing there at the counter waiting to order. The counter is disgusting with about 10 cup rings of spilt drink and it’s sticky so that tells me it’s been there a while and has not been cleaned and if the counter is that dirty, I would hate to see behind the counter looks like. How can this restaurant be in a loves truckstop and for 30 minutes I am the only one in there. Wendy’s you are losing money and it is because of the staff and the nasty condition of your restaurant. Just to get a hotdog off of the grill on the Love’s side, you would be better off. Loves Mgmt. needs to read all these reviews because I read about 10 and not one of them are positive.

Literally this location have been the worse across the southern Louisiana corridor. @12:20 pm on 2/2/26 The Lady purposely ignored me from ordering to take someone in drive thru. Lots of attitude for no reason. Cooks are good tho, always fresh, but front counter, get ready for an unpleasant experience

Fries and burger both cold. Told the guy taking my order 3 times what I didn’t want on my burger (no tomato and no onion) and he still screwed it up. The 3 employees working were more interested in shooting the shit with the Love’s girl that came in to bother doing their job correctly. Slow doesn’t even begin to describe this place.

Had to give a one star because nothing islower. It’svery sad when you go to order your food and they say… No Coke, No Dr Pepper, No Chicken, No receipt paper ext… then no greeting, No acknowledgement, No Nothing! SO DAMN RUDE! 1 customer inside while I was in drive-thru waiting for nearly 10 minutes waiting to order. As pulling up to window they are standing around doing nothing. Staff needs to pull pants up and remove hoodies. After finally getting my order another 10 minutes are so later. It was wrong when arriving home. That place should just shut down permanently! Waste of time and harhard earn money.

Very slow and non-communicative service. I ordered two frosties, but at no point did they tell me the machine wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 mins I did ask and they said it would be ready soon, but that was too late as I had to leave. I do not recommend waiting 20 minutes for a frosty.
The wedges however are delicious.

I made a mobile order, some items were not available. They were not able to substitute for other items or refund me.
They are extremely slow every time I go in there. This was a mobile order and no one in the store and still had to wait 15 minutes for half of my order in the drive through.

Ordered a $6 crispy chicken but with a cheeseburger on the side and 1 ranch and 1 bbq sauce. The chicken was so overcooked that I couldn’t even tear it with my fingers and the burger was so dried out the edges were hard as a rock. As if that weren’t enough the cashier only put bbq in the bag and no ranch. $10 in total. Waste of money.
