This is by far the Best Burger King to go in this area. The ladies who work in the am or so nice and polite. They really have customer service down pack. Food is always fresh and made my way. 10 stars if I could give it.

Wait time was about 5–10 minutes, which was fine. We ordered a #1 combo, a #2 combo, 12 mozzarella sticks, and a Hershey Pie.
The experience, however, was disappointing. The employee taking our order was rude, and they forgot to include the Hershey Pie in our bag. When my husband went inside to let them know, the staff was again rude, did not respond when he thanked them, and gave him unfriendly looks.
Food was average and priced as usual, but the customer service was very poor.

I have never been to a filthe fast food restaurant as this one. Floors, tables, soda machine was filthe, restroom was horrible. It seemed a sewer pipe exploded inside, restroom walls sewer waste, it was a horrible smell. Employees instead of cleaning and get to work, were seating on the booths joking around and talking loud and listening to music really loud, calling their buddies on speaker phone, with no respect for the customers that were there. If there was a half star available to rate, I would use it for here.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. 0 stars all around. Stopped at this location instead of the one in toula because it was closer to us going back home. Very very disappointed. Starting off.. we got to the drivethru window & she immediately started off with “i’ll be with you when i get a minute” already off to a bad start lmao, we then wait for almost 10 minutes just for her to take our order. We ordered a texas double whooper as well as a double cheeseburger, no tomatoes, no onions add ketchup add mustard, explained it very clearly & she said “maam, maam you’re gonna have to repeat that cus i didnt hear a thing you said” after she was asking us questions such as “what drink” “what size for the meal”
Get to the window, pay, then have to pull up to wait for our order for another almost 15 minutes. Get out the parking lot only to realize they forgot our double cheeseburger & put tomatoes & onions on the texas double whopper & did not add mustard.
Of course we turn around to get the cheeseburger and get the whopper fixed, wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for our sandwhich to be fixed and they bring out a new sandwhich…and to no ones surprise at all, it was STILL MESSED UP . Still had tomatoes, onions, and there was no mustard. So if you’re wanting even DECENT service i highly suggest you not come to the burger king in hammond across from the mall.

Had hair in my food and my friend ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and both came with no bacon called and told an employee she checked pulled up the order and had a nasty attitude and never once at least offered an apology. Went to take the food back and was told they don’t give refunds. Since when?????. Horrible service. Still didn’t get an apology or a refund.

I had a great experience at this Burger King. The food was delicious, fresh, and just how I ordered it. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

This was a pretty good drive thru experience. Unfortunately they were out of one of the items I requested but everything else they had. The drive thru line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and made sure I had everything I ordered. The food was hot and fresh and have no complaints from me

Absolutely terrible. You walk in and there are four people standing around with one car in the drive thru and nobody greets you at all. I stood in line by myself for at least a full two minutes without someone asking me if I needed help. The girl had her back turned to me and refused to turn around and even greet me. I turned around and walked out, this is the type of service you should expect though judging off the type of employees they have and the amount of money they pay them. At the end of the day it’s Burger King and doesn’t require much skill so don’t expect much.

This place sucks! I pulled up through the drive through with nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the drive through and got asked to hold up… I did… for about 4 mins to take my order. When the girl did start taking my order it seemed like she couldn’t comprehend the most simple order. I drove off in the middle of her taking my order.
