We ordered pho, and while the portions were on the smaller side, the taste was still good and flavorful. It’s a nice option if you’re not looking for something too heavy. They also open late, which makes it a convenient spot for a late-night meal.

I honestly liked the pho and eggrolls. I was not too intoxicated and can say this is definitely not the worst pho or eggroll. It is on the very sweet side and for the price is not too bad. Could there be improvements? Definitely but it is a start. They definitely can do very well when they figure it out. I would definitely be coming back here for late nights.

Aite so to the point they open late till 12 am. So ur midnight snack crave when every places closes at 9 pm is close u can get some late night pho.

Advice for the owner. The pho can be improve. Maybe a bit more meat and portion wise for your large pho. I tried out the regular size and the large and the large feels like a regular size.

Maybe consider even opening later into the night. Like 3 am or something. Many late owls will eat ur pho cause nobody opens middle of the night…edit they do open till 3 am!!.

Ur stuff wings are good. Dont change and go cheap. Keep it with glass noodles not lettuce fill.

This place is a hidden gem! The food was simple, direct, and delicious, exactly what you’re looking for.
The broth has great flavor and depth to it. also their boba tea was perfect!
Just the right amount of sweetness. Out of all the boba teas I’ve had recently, this one was the best. The employees are also super friendly.
I sure recommend this place!

Place was decent.
I only got pho but it came fast. Good for late night pho. The pho was a bit too salty for my liking. You gotta ask for chili oil, which was pretty spicy so thats a plus. Also being open that late is a plus.

There wasn’t anyone there on a sunday night. Service was fast. For the price, I think the portion could be better. You order by QR code and they bring it out.

If it was the only place opened I’d give it another go, but definitely not my go Tou.

Not your typical Vietnamese pho, but this Hmong pho tastes great at 2AM! & yes! They open til 3AM! Got a size small pho and it is still a lot for a size small! They sell chicken wings, fried rice, spring rolls, stuffed chicken wings!

Finally a Pho joint in MN that opens at 3AM! My waitress, Ms. E, (SORRY I DONT KNOW HOW TO SPELL YOUR NAME) has great service! Very welcoming, always check on us if everything is going well. Definitely will go back again!

Full disclosure- I could only try the broth!
It was soooooo good though! The service was great, and they were extra generous with me as I could only enjoy just the broth. It’s an odd little place with an orderi g system that would be IDEAL for anyone who wanted little contact with people, or struggles socially. But they are accommodating for folks who prefer the traditional route of order and pay as well.
Thank you, I really enjoyed the Pho

My wife and I came in to dine around 10 PM. We were seated and given water right away. The restaurant uses a QR/bar code at the table to order, but before you can place an order, you have to sign up as a member, which took about 5 minutes.

After ordering, it took around 15 minutes for our pho to come out. However, several customers who arrived after us received their food before we did.

When our pho finally arrived, we were not given any forks, spoons, or chopsticks. We sat there for about 5 minutes unable to eat because all the staff were in the kitchen. When a server finally came out, I asked for utensils and he went back to get chopsticks and spoons. We were then given bean sprouts and lime.

Once I was ready to eat, I realized they forgot my tendon. I notified the server and he returned with a plate of tendons that were still frozen. At that point, my pho was only warm, not hot anymore. It took a while for the tendon to thaw, but we were already over it and just wanted to finish and leave.

The portion sizes were also disappointing my extra large looked like the same amount as my wife’s regular.

We didn’t expect amazing quality that late at night, but we did expect at least decent service. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place.

Went there late at night to try out their pho (11pm). Finally, a pho place that opens until 3am, love that! The place was kind of small but not too crowded either. First thing, I noticed 3 tvs were on the wall and one tv showed how to order. We had to scan a QR code to put our orders in and pay. We ordered a combination pho (regular & small. Shown in the picture), a decent amount for the regular size. The pho tasted kind of plain without adding any condiments. It tasted alright with condiments added. We also ordered a dish of fried rice with 3 stuffed wings. I will go back there to try out their other dishes instead of pho. It was good. Customer service was good. The parking lot is kind of small but it’s ok if you go eat there late at night.

Just tried this place and there is a lot wrong here. To begin with the pho… the broth is definitely not house made, there is no flavor, no spices, no seasoning. Be very heavy handed with the siracha, hoisin, fish sauce, or soy sauce cause there is no flavor profile at all. The noodles were clearly pre made or packet made. Fresh noodles don’t come clumped up, they were stuck like glue and even shaped to the bottom of the bowl. Toppings were given sparingly, not to mention that the portion was very cheap. For a combo pho that should have everything… it really had a whole lot of nothing I would lean towards saying it’s vegetarian safe. Spring rolls are very small and full of rice noodles, pork was BROWN… peanut sauce tasted gross, also had a very oddly smooth texture for peanut sauce. Egg rolls were questionably small, and also egg roll sauce tasted weird also. It only took a few short hours for me to throw all this up. In conclusion, all this food is most likely coming from premade packets at Costco or Sam’s Club, nothing has any flavor or tastes authentic, if it was 10pm at night and this was the last place open… if jus go to bed hungry. Not worth the visit, not worth the the money. There’s so many other places that I’ve tried that are way better and even CHEAPER with BETTER QUALITY FOOD CHOICES!!!
