Whiting NJ location… purchased Biggie bites combo. Bacon cheeseburger.
The roll was ice cold, tomatoes lettuce ice cold…cheese ice cold not melted at all.
Burger cold.
Rather eat rubber burger from.McD at least it is hot and cheese melted.

The place was very clean and the seating outside was nice. Customer service on point, and although the only thing wrong was the bacon on my sandwich. My girlfriend ended up enjoying the sandwich. The ambiance is surreal, especially for a fast food place. Keep up the great work. Namaste

I’m a very polite individual, pulling in the drive thru I ask how are you everytime no matter where I go and the service representative clearly was not having a good day. As I’m waiting for my food at the window the on shift manager was running the drive thru and after touching my card, rubbing her hair back, grabbing the refrigerator door handle, walks straight out opens the bag and grab the chicken with her bare hands without even gloving up or washing her hands. Even in my younger days of working food industry I know food handling is top priority. It don’t matter if it’s fast food wash your hands

So Ive had multiple issues with orders from this wendys, both in person/drive thru and DD; but today was the one that finally got me to complain – hair in my nuggets.
Prior to today’s order, my complaints that ive kept to myself include things like forgetting to include paid for customizations, last time they even forgot the bacon on a BACONATOR. I let all of that slide and chose to order again today- purely for convenience; this time nuggets/fries/frosty- no customizations…. only to find hair in the nuggets…. Im done giving this location chances to not be terrible and id advise everyone else to do the same. I tried so hard to give chances, as one of the very limited places for food around here, especially delivery. I tried to be patient with the little mistakes. Finding hair in my food is where I draw the line. Do better wendys.
(In the photos attached you will see the hair faintly wrapped around my finger while trying to pull it out, as it was wedged in between the nuggets- disgusting)
Thankfully, DoorDash customer service went above and beyond to provide me with a credit that is more than fair for the inconvenience. Thank you for recognizing this DoorDash. Do better Wendy’s, seriously, quality check and do better!

I stopped by the Wrightstown Wendy’s to grab a quick bite to eat during my lunch break from work. It’s been probably 20 years or more since I’ve been inside this Wendy’s location. I have fond memories of my grandmother bringing me here during my adolescent years so I could get a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and my grandmother would get the salad buffet. Well, the salad buffet is long gone. The inside dining area was clean and welcoming, but I was the only one eating inside. That actually suited me fine since it was midweek and I just wanted peace and quiet while enjoying my lunch break.
The staff at the counter were GREAT! The young woman who took my order rang it up a couple different ways to find me the best deal since Wendy’s had a sale that day on the Son of a Baconator (sandwich only) but I wanted a meal. So she rang everything up separately and saved me over a dollar. The staff was courteous and my order was ready in just a couple minutes.
The downside was the quality of the food. The bacon on my sandwich was hard, to the point I was worried about chipping a tooth. The sandwich itself appeared room temperature, not hot or even warm. Like the bacon and burger had been sitting a while before being made into my sandwich. The only saving grace was the fries and strawberry lemonade…both were great!
Given that I stopped in after the lunch-time rush (around 3pm) midweek when it was slow, I’ll give the store 4 stars and go back another day to see if the food quality is redeemed.

Am a big wendys fan. So when I get there it take a few minutes to decide what to order as the menu has expanded and everything is delicious. This wends was clean and friendly family like workers. I love that atmosphere as I come in it’s like meeting up with old friends. So of cause I gave them gifts to start off their Christmas and let them know I appreciate ALL OF THEM. Thank you all.

I know this location had a remodel, but it looks like the pavement wasn’t in the budget. Other fast food restaurants have paid attention to this detail. What’s going on?
