Everyone working at this establishment today, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, demonstrated extremely poor service. First, I was left waiting in line for over 25 minutes without a single announcement or acknowledgment over the intercom. When I was finally assisted, the woman who spoke to me had a very passive-aggressive tone, as if my placing an order was an inconvenience, rather than me being a paying customer.

Second, my order was completely incorrect. I ordered a Whopper with no pickles due to an allergy, and my receipt clearly states “no pickles.” I did not notice the mistake until I arrived at my destination, only to find pickles on my sandwich. Because I live too far away to return immediately, I attempted to call the store to notify them of the error. I called approximately five times and received no answer.

Third, the lemonade I ordered tasted extremely off—almost like dishwater—as if the cup had been dipped in a sink used for washing dishes. I am unsure whether the CO₂ or another component needed to be refilled, but the drink was completely undrinkable.

I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied, and frustrated—not only with the staff’s behavior, but also with the overall quality of the food and drinks. I will be returning tomorrow to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location there is an issue, and at this point, it seriously needs to be addressed, as the standards here are unacceptable.

Very poorly ran!!! The ice machine in the dining room was out of ice, I told them. The manager mentioned it in passing to one of the kitchen help, still made no effort that it got done. The manager did get me ice from the drive-thru. Got my ice but once I got my pop the carbonation was low and I told them, they said it was full. 20 minutes later another customer came into the dining room to order, they went to go get their soda STILL NO ICE IN THE DINING ROOM!!! Once again the manager mentioned it to the cooks, still no effort was made by anybody to get ice. While doing the drive-thru the manager dropped a drink, spilling it all over herself and the floor. Nothing but vulgar language from her, she told the cooks about it, they thought it was funny!! The tables were dirty in the dining room. This store needs to do better!!

Horrible service every time i go there it’s sad actually. Foods always cold, orders always wrong, and employees always have an attitude. No one is ever there when I go, can’t imagine why, but it still always takes forever to get a cold order that is always missing something or incorrect. Too lazy to even change out the Dr Pepper when there is zero other customers, what a shame do.

I would give this NEGATIVE star if I could.
As soon as we walked in, I noticed the ENTIRE floor by counter was sticky.
As we ordered and walked to choose a table to sit, the floor was STICKY in so many places.
They got our order wrong so we asked them to make it right. They gave us the right meal second time.
I noticed the employee would walk around the counter to the main room and chat with their friends or family.
One of them (I hope an employee) had a baby and walked behind the counter into the refrigerator (see pic of open door. I didn’t want to capture their faces)
So unhealthy. The tables(we had to bypass three because they had WEBS and were so dirty) are not in good shape. Tears all over the benches. The TV was not on either.
Probably will never come back here, there are other better places within a block of this place. I also would rather drive another 5 minutes away to a different BK than go to this one here. Stay away. As of now, the reviews aren’t good. There is a reason. (I’m sure I could find more issues but I just wanted to eat and get out of that place asap)

Avoid this burger king at all costs. We waited 7 minutes for what seemed like reheated 3 day old food. I asked about the croissantwich deal and got told no. We payed $15.11 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 was a meal. The sausage was not warm or cold just stretchy and tasted like old nasty sausage. Their was absolutely no egg on the sandwich it was paper thin and brown and cold. The bread was hard and not chewy. Im so disappointed.

This Burger King is poorest ran BK I’ve ever been to. It took 20 minutes in the drive through to get my order. They messed it up amd had to place half my order on a second transaction because they didnt even take down the 2nd half. Employees bouncing off eachother. No communication just very pooy ran for a ” fast food” restaraunt. Dont go there!

Placed an order at the drive thru, paid and didn’t get a receipt. 15 minutes later we get our food. Halfway through the fiery bacon royal crispy chicken sandwich we see that it’s RAW in the middle. RAW CHICKEN!!

Ordered food in the drive thru. They told us to pull around to the front. Waited 15 minutes before we went in to check on the order. They didn’t start making it until we went in to check. Then they got the order wrong. Avoid this place if you want something done properly in a timely manner.

Supposed to be open at 6 AM all lights on drive-through signs open in line for 10 minutes. Drive up to window to be told they’re not open at this time. Last time arrived here took 15 minutes to get my food.
