I haven’t eaten at Hardee’s for years and I usually don’t do reviews good or bad! But today I feel I must leave a review about Heather! She was so friendly, so nice, so efficient I wanted to make sure she got recognition and was noticed! She went above and beyond to make sure that my food was hot! The interactions between her and another staff was refreshing! They were all kind of each other and seem to be enjoying their jobs! All in all what a great experience in a clean efficient, fast food restaurant! Fort Madison is lucky to have this group of employees!

Heather Hayes is really doing an amazing job at Hardee’s. My family and I had clean restaurant dine in experience recently. $9.99 for 10 chicken tenders after 2pm is an amazing deal. This morning I went thru the drive thru for the 2 for $5 on their biscuits and gravy in the morning and this Hardee’s is on point. Fresh breakfast fast! Keep up the good work Hardee’s team!

The person taking the drive through orders (may have been a manager) was excellent. She spoke slowly, clearly and ENUNCIATED. I am hearing impaired and for those who are, trying to understand a person speaking at Mach 3 and running words together, all through a normally sub par speaker/microphone system, it’s a nightmare. I thanked her at the window for her approach. This should be a part of training not only at Hardee’s but everywhere that employs drive up ordering.

We had lunch in store here on Tuesday September 9. We ordered via the app for in store pickup. The burgers and curly fries were ready when we arrived. The Star burgers were hot and juicy with fresh toppings. The curly fries were hot and seasoned well.
