My fiancé and I decided to try The Brunch Factory on Hancock Bridge Parkway in Cape Coral. We ordered Big Stu’s Breakfast, which included three eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, one piece of toast, and a pancake.
The presentation was beautiful and made a great first impression, but the flavor didn’t quite match the look. The toast was soggy, and the pancake lacked much flavor. On the positive side, the potatoes, eggs, and meats were all tasty and well-prepared.
Our first soda was flat, though the second was fine, and the coffee was just okay. The restaurant still carries more of a bar look and feel, but we were expecting a warmer, brunch-style atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for the area, and the portions were generous. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite what we expected.

The food was predictably good, the drinks were well-balanced and consistent—not over-poured, not under-poured—and the overall ambience was exactly what you’d expect from a solid brunch-style bar and restaurant.
What really stood out this visit was the attention to detail from the staff. I had left ranch dressing on the counter with my order, and one of the staff members actually brought it out to my car. That small act of awareness and follow-through probably saved me a long drive home and an unhappy wife.

First time visiting this place and it won’t be the last! Wow, the food was delicious and portions are huge. My husband had the Reuben sandwich, it was to die for and super huge serving. I had the veggie omelet and it was loaded with veggies. The creamy potatoes were piping hot! Vera was our server and the sweetest person ever! We will definitely back!! Thank you Brunch Factory!!!!

Vera was our waitress for Valentine’s Day and she was a joy! She made my partner and I feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious and our table was clean. I appreciate the fact that they acknowledged us as soon as we came in. I would also like to shout-out José, one of the chefs. Brunch was bomb and this was a lovely start to the day. I’m looking forward to returning to this establishment soon.

I stopped in to see what it was about. I was there for an hour. I was seated as soon as I got in. Servered with in a few minutes. The menu has little description of items. Thankfully the waiter was able to tell me about the menu items. I didn’t ask what came on the chicken and waffles, I just ordered it. I was surprised that it came with honey mustard, and whipped cream on it. Seemed like twenty to thirty minutes for it to come out. I’ll come back to try the BBQ sometime.

This place couldn’t get any better if they tried. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is happy and inviting like you just walked into your favorite corner bar where everyone knows your name, and the staff is extremely cheerful and seems to really enjoy serving you. I’ve eaten breakfast a lot……. like…… everyday of my life, and I have to say this is some of the best breakfast fare I have ever had. Biscuits and Gravy are homemade, eggs on the eggs benedict were perfectly poached with a wonderful hollandaise sauce that was tangy and smooth, and all the breakfast meats were hearty and delicious. If you are in the area (or even if you’re not it’s worth the drive) I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

I love going to this place. I really like the food. Best boneless anywhere. The bartender I really like isn’t here anymore but they do seem like they are trying. But they have lost a bunch of employees and it definitely shows. In every situation. I kept telling my husband. Something has happened within the month. I couldn’t order online, I wasn’t able to call in an order for hours. I finally was able to reach someone after 3 hours!! Then when I showed up it was extremely hard just to pay someone and leave. But instead a person directed me to outside and there was no one outside. So I had to go back in to pay. It was a very confusing weird situation. It would have been unsettling very easy to just walk out and not pay. But I only want to suggest that maybe since the crew is struggling so much, where is their fearless leader? Where is there show me the way? Where is there we got this? Where is there we are a team, I got you? Where is their support? This is the first restaurant at this location I like. I’m pleading, don’t let it fail. HELP THEM!
