First of all: you can barely understand the person through the drive-thru speaker. Second: the girl at the drive-thru — once I made it to the window — was very friendly and gave very good service. Third: once I got home and opened my package I found the Mexican pizza to be a big giant mush of refried beans leaking out the side of the box and filling the whole bottom of it. The tacos had refried beans smeared on the outside of the shell and just tasted off. Fourth: the check-in for rewards at the drive-thru did not work on the phone, it kept giving you a retry option over and over so you weren’t actually able to select check-in to earn more rewards.

This Taco Bell is in a great location, right off the freeway, which makes it perfect for a quick stop while traveling. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It really felt like they cared about giving good service, which you don’t always get at fast food places.
The interior was very clean, including the dining area and the bathroom, which is a big deal when you’re on the road with kids or just need a comfortable place to take a break. The overall atmosphere was surprisingly calm and pleasant, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy our food.
Our order came out quickly, and everything was made correctly with no missing items, which was a relief. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, exactly what we were hoping for. Honestly, for the price, the value was excellent. This location really impressed us, and we’ll definitely stop here again the next time we’re in the area.

Ordered at 526pm, got my food at 601pm. Watched them serve 15+ cars from the drive through. Paid for over $40 worth of food, asked for a refund after 30 minutes and told me I was next. Then served two people after me. Gave me my stuff and my quesadilla wasn’t cut, all the soft shell tacos and looked like a salad in the bag and didn’t receive one of my burritos. Definitely will not return to there.

The service was extremely fast. The food tasted great and the staff was friendly! You can order from the digital menu or they will manually take your order. Getting to the restaurant is a bit tricky, but it is worth it!

FYI – tried their wings that are new on the menu. They slap. Taco Bell doing wings is a strange concept but they did not fail this assignment.
You get a box of 5 wings and a side of ranch for $5.99. Although the wings are small, they are very crispy and fried hard, which in my opinion is the key to a good wing. There’s no frills – just 5 wings in a nondescript brown box, no sides. The ranch is good too – although it’s supposed to be spiced, it’s not spicy, it’s more on the tangy side. The wings themselves are well seasoned and moist – which is good because some places give you wings that are desiccated, crunchy, and dry, which takes away from the meatiness of it. I could tell they were made fresh.
Would recommend. Can’t even lie, Taco Bell did that.

There was literally less than a tablespoon and a half of meat on the taco! Such a huge rip off! They couldn’t even fill the drink that I paid for. I would check your food and demand they use the correct amount of meat in your food. Fast food is expensive and this is unacceptable! The last photo is on their main page, clearly false advertising.

Staff has poor attitude, usage of foul language can be heard across whole restaurant and I watched 3 people walk in after me and receive their food before me when I ordered the 2 most simple things on the menu and my total wasn’t even. $10. Waited over 30 mins just about. Absolutely ridiculous.

Decided to try again after bad experience, wish I didn’t! Besides the expensive prices for barely slipped together tacos with little meat, the cheese wraps were half shell and half cheese, not cheese throughout. My cheese potatoes were more cheese then potatoes and what little potatoes were there were hard and dry. The food was cold and there was freaking hair in some of my tacos that I threw out.. Waste of money!
