Listen don’t EVER EVER EVERRRR pay in advance for your food. You will be held hostage without an order cancellation confirmation. Placed an order 6:40 45 minutes later no order fulfilled? Why? One man ordered 22 pizzas from 7am and they still didn’t do it in advance which meant everyone after him had to wait til one employee also the manager finished this man’s order. The manager would not stop to cancel any orders and ultimately had to document my name on the screen and me leaving the store as proof in case my order doesn’t get cancelled. Never ordering from there again. Photos are after half the people left once they realized the hold up was this HUGE 22 pizza order. Also dude 22 pizza order and you didn’t check at any point before you showed up to make sure they knew about your order? Overall experience was a waste of everyone’s time, gas to commute, and energy. Never returning.

On top of everything they STILL charged my card for food I didn’t get! Now I have to call the credit card company.

Within fifteen minutes, our food was hot and ready! We ordered chicken bacon ranch subs. We got Super Fast Service, with easy seamless pickup and added bonus, our order was steaming hot! The subs were tasty. Crispy burnt cheesey edges made the already juicy chicken, tangy ranch dressing and hot buttery bread sooo much better. Yummy Yummy!

The main thing I have against Dominoes is that they do not put sauce on their pizza. It’s barely even noticeable and to me that ruins my whole pizza! I got 2 specialty pizzas and it was 51.00 because I got extra cheese on the one. I got it and I hated it , I have ate there 3 times and it is always the same Next to no sauce, why is that?? That’s a lot of money for 2 pizza’s and they just be trash. 3strikes your out for me. Maybe we have to ask for sauce on our pizza which is a totally stupid concept!. Would leave zero!! Ordered delivery (2 large pizzas-10 min from store) . 1.5 hours later, I call to check on order. 6 times. Hung up/rejected on repeatedly. Finally after 2 hours, I drive to to store. They claim they can not refund my tip or delivery fee. Also flat out lie, saying phone is down. Only for me to call from the truck, and WATCH THEM PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

One Pizza was missing toppings and their solution was to throw them in an aluminum pan and run it through the oven or give them to me cold, not properly remake the pizza as should have been done. Additionally, once I got home I discovered there was no sauce on the pizza.
The second pizza had barely any mushrooms but was technically correct but was mediocre tasting at best.
I watched other customers appear to have issues as well. While the staff was nice, they seem to make regular mistakes.

Paid $25 bucks for a spinach/feta pizza with chicken. Of course no chicken is on it. The Mgr says it’s under the cheese, bite it to remove the cheese no chicken. Then he says i can remake it. Sir I don’t have time to wait. Then he says give me the pizza back an slick talking under his breath. Terrible experience at this location. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER PAY AHEAD HERE. ILL NEVER COME BAC AGAIN 3RD TIME.

I placed an order on 10/6 at 9:30pm, received the order around 10:30-10:45ish, handed the driver the payment and he handed me the order. At 1:00 am the driver returned to my house in a rude manner knocking on the door demanding payment, telling me I didn’t pay him and to pay him now or he will call the police. Not only did I pay him when I received my order but for him to come back at 1 in the morning (2 hours after delivering the order) knocking on the door demanding payment and speaking the way he did is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. 1st and last time ordering from dominos
