Don’t get any of the Salads. They don’t wash their lettuce. I ordered 2 salads and didn’t realize there were multiple pieces of lettuce with literal dirt and bugs on them until I was half way through 1 of them… Both salads have dirt and bugs. Both. It’s clear the lettuce wasn’t washed properly, if at all, which is a basic food safety issue. Really disappointed — I expected better hygiene from a place claiming to serve fresh food.

Placed a lunch order yesterday and ended up running over an hour late because work meetings went long. I showed up fully expecting a super cold and soggy sandwich – instead, Alex went out of the way to remake it fresh for me at no charge. Absolute above-and-beyond hospitality.

This is my favorite sandwich shop. Customer service is always great and the sandwiches are delicious. The Austin Club and Egg Salad Sandwich are my favorites. Sandwiches are made with quality ingredients and the veggies are always very fresh. Get the Thunder sauce.

Anyone I’ve taken here loves it, the ingredients taste so fresh. It’s like if Subway had a soul. My usual sandwich is the Turkish Delite with hummus, wheat bread (and no olives) and it’s such a treat every time! I usually stick to the sandwiches, but I have had a brownie and it was to die for. Smoothies are delicious too although it can be pretty sweet, in case that’s not your thing. Staff there is the best, here and at any location I go to!

I just ordered an Egg Salad Sub. This is actually my first time ever eating a sandwich from Thundercloud. In my opinion it is not all that great. I thought it could of been better. I can make a better egg salad sandwich myself. I have had better sandwiches at other places. To top it off. I don’t know if he is the owner. But this gentleman who is short and always wears a cap and wears glasses is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to people right. Especially to me.
