Excellent food and service! The food was hot and fresh. My daughter said “The fries were salty, soft, and really good.” (soft = not crispy hard) The restaurant was well keep and clean. Onion rings were excellent! Cashier was very polite and helpful.

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff. My chicken strips were delicious, but my Dad’s hamburger had so much mustard on it, every time he took a bite mustard squeezed out. It took him about 5 napkins to clean up.

Absolutely disappointing.. these are 2 separate times I’ve gone in the last month or so to Dairy Queen for a dipped cone and the photos below are what I received. Absolute messes… the cones not fully dipped and the ice cream is just all over the place and made a huge mess!! What happened to DQ’s signature look? Like what’s advertised online?

I love coming to this restaurant because their food is delicious and their desserts and ice cream are extremely good. And it is very affordable compared to other fast food locations. Sometimes the cold temperatures can be a little bit disappointing though.

I went to DQ for my lunch, (I work at foodlion, where I only get 30 minutes of lunch). I believe it was short staffed because they took forever to take our orders, which to a point I totally understand. I work at a retail store so I understand. I kept my cool was very patient, but I started noticing the people who orders after me were getting their food first. Which really irritated me, but I thought that they might have been frying more chicken tenders and thats why they got it first. Well it was 2 minutes before I had to go back to work and I still did not get my food!! I was pretty upset and got in line again to ask for a refund. Thats when I notice that they were so unorganized and inconsiderate! All of the orders that were coming in were not in order, They would put the tickets in different places. So thats why the people who came after would get their order first that the people who were there before! It is pretty upsetting because this is the second time that this has happened to me. On top of that, I had to wait in extra 7 minutes in order to get my refund to which I was late to going back to work. My food was already ready and I should have just gotten more than a refunded! They just really need to be more friendly, considerate, and more organized. Making sure that the people that got there first, gets their order first!!!! I pretty upset, I had nothing for lunch on a 10 hr shift!
