the workers here are great and try their best, but the place overall is inconsistent and very frustrating overall. i’ve visited their store 3 different days, back to back and there is always a new reason/sign on why they can’t serve me. Today I have been told that the only item I want from their menu, the summer berry refresher is out of stock for 3 DAYS.

Really disappointed with how awful this Starbucks has become. There is something wrong nearly every time we go now. Between the awful attitude of the workers and the fact they purposefully make you the wrong drink knowing how annoying it’d be to go through that horrid drive through again. I genuinely hope others think twice before going here.

I really wish they would fix their drive thru system. I feel bad for customers AND employees who have zero control over the system malfunctioning and completely closing the drive thru. Especially during rush hours. Staff are awesome and really take care of you. I just feel like this is more of an upper management issue. They need to address this!! It’s almost every week the drive thru gets closed.

I ordered a impossible burger and a oleato latte and I received something else for my coffee. When I requested to give me what I ordered, one of the baristas was not happy at all. I think the staff there are overworked and may need some extra people in the kitchen during busy hours.

Love this Starbucks. I’ve never had an issue here, my order is always right and on time. I order through the app and pick up in store. The drive through always looks like a nightmare during their usual morning rush, but going inside is quick!

worst coffee i’ve ever had- the employees couldn’t care less. everytime I’ve come in it feels unwelcoming, the food is never heated properly, drinks are over-iced, poorly made, etc. one of the worst starbucks i’ve been to. not to mention the location is horrible

Absolutely horrible. Received two burnt tasting iced coffees today and when we asked for them to be remade (which Starbucks says is their “Barista promise”) the heavy set Caucasian female worker made comments about us to a coworker and was angry. It is not the paying customers fault that your very expensive coffee tastes bad. She put the new coffees down and rudely took our other ones back with no apology and acted like we were the ones that did something wrong. The new coffees were still burnt but since we were given such an attitude we did not ask for them to be remade again and contacted customer service instead. This is not the first extremely unprofessional interaction with this individual. Don’t work in customer service if you dislike dealing with customers.
