Escargot was not the best but also not bad
Shrimps in olive oil, great taste combo, only would make it with bit less olive oil, just bit, taste was little bit taking over
Mussels – perfect
Only what was missing in menu – French oysters and it would be perfect French spot what I was looking in town for so long
Then we ordered the Caesar salad, which exceeded our expectations.
For the main course, we had beef steak with demi-glace sauce and truffle pasta — rich and refined flavors.
Elegant atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food — all at Chez Kinsky!
A truly enjoyable experience.
We indulged in the beef tartare, coq au vin, and boeuf bourguignon, and each dish transported me back to France, evoking the authentic flavors and rich sauces I had missed for so long. It was a nostalgic and deeply satisfying experience.
The wine selection was another highlight! My wife, who usually avoids dry wines, was pleasantly surprised by a fruity Muscat. As for me, I discovered a gem: a wine produced by the Lançon family, an AOC Côtes du Rhône that, while not labeled as Châteauneuf-du-Pape (since the grapes don’t come exclusively from the village), delivered an outstanding blend. Its aromas of ripe red fruits—strawberry and cherry—paired with subtle hints of black pepper and spices, made for a smooth, generous, and elegant wine.
Thank you to the entire team at Chez Kinsky for this unforgettable culinary journey. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of French gastronomy and passion. We highly recommend it.
