When picking up my food on Saturday 1/31 I noticed a roach crawling across the floor in front of the counter. I pointed out to the cashier and asked for a manager. A young man Alijay approached me as the manager. I showed him the roach and asked for a full refund. He assured me it was an isolated incident AND would NOT issue a refund. He went back around the counter. I called him back over and asked if he understood the severity of this, “Sir it’s just a harmless bug” was his response. I’ve called corporate twice to no avail. I returned today to speak with a store manager, she was not available.

I felt the food tasted good and I was not disappointed by the portions. Unfortunately, the food was already ready when I walked in (a few minutes before the pickup time on the app). This would usually be good, but it was only somewhat warm as a reault and even less when I got around to eating it.

This place is just not for me. I have eaten here twice now. The first time was fairly decent. The second time, the meat was very dry and tasted old. You only get a few bites of meat and then just rice. If you love just eating rice, then this place is for you. I will not be back anytime soon.

I usually order from the Cedar falls and never have any issues. This time uber eats set my location to the Waterloo location and I did not catch it in time. That is my fault. I called the store to have them cancel my order as I would have lost my credit I had through uber eats. I call the store to see if they will cancel or refund my order so I didn’t need to drive as far and was told they would refund my order. I was suppose to get my refund per the employee with 7 days. I never received it. If they didn’t tell me they would refund it I could have drove out and at least gotten my food. Instead I lost my money and food. Have called twice for a resolution but haven’t gotten anywhere.

I was seriously shocked by the excellent customer service we received at this Panda Express. I’m talking Chick-fil-A-level customer service! Every time you walk in, you’re greeted immediately, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Plus, the food is great! This location really stands out, and I’ll definitely be back.
