We came here on a not-so-busy night and was seated promptly. We ordered pretty quickly but the wait for food was really long — over half an hour wait with only a few tables and some people at the bar. Pretty surprising.
We ordered the veggie burger and fries which seemed to be different from the last time we ordered it. The recipe must have changed because it was thick and very mushy inside. Don’t get me wrong, it was tasty, but not as good as we had in the summer. The waitress asked the kitchen and they said it was made of quinoa and lentils. The fries were great.
The margarita pizza was tasty but the mozzarella cheese was very thick, not what you would expect on a brick oven margarita. We’re picky with our pizza being from NYC so most places outside of the city don’t compare well. But the sauce was tasty and the dough was good.
The waitress was very sweet and it wasn’t her fault the food was slow to come out of the kitchen.
Overall it was decent place in Mashpee with a variety of food.

Food was really delish, the calamari was amazing. The rib eye was questionably cooked to medium (took the rest home to cook myself). I didn’t complain because I wasn’t that hungry so honestly I didn’t care but what I tried was wonderful around the edges. The other meal, duck, was delicious. Really loved the colorful ambience and atmosphere.

After waiting an hour for two kid pastas, I find myself at 8pm at Panera. After 40 minutes without even our garlic bread appetizer, I started to ask other waitresses where our food was. One came back with the garlic bread, and then after another 10-15 minutes and asking another waitress, I was able to receive my $17 Cobb salad that was essentially a big bowl of romaine with 5 chickpeas, one egg, and a couple of avocado slices. Not sure why it took 50 minutes to prepare, but it didn’t come with dressing so I had to wait another 5 for that. Finally when it had been an hour, I had enough- my kids still hadn’t had dinner, and were starting to talk about bedtime. Our waitress was having fun in a booth chatting with another waitress, so I let her know that we didn’t want to wait any longer and would like our check. Someone from the kitchen came out- not at all apologetic. The restaurant was not busy- there were five tables surrounding us all empty. He said he had only had the ticket for 13 minutes, but the waitress insisted she had put it in at 7:05, which was 50 minutes prior – we arrived and had ordered and had drinks by 6:49 when I texted my husband. I waited longer to pay our check and without any food for my kids, who are now having soup at Panera. Perhaps at a nicer restaurant, or one that was slammed busy, I could see waiting this long, but Wicked is basically just a pizza place. Also- I worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and generally when someone is upset about something the restaurant apologizes and tries to make it right. There was none of that- just an attitude that it was no big deal and that’s just how long it takes. Won’t ever ever return. It used to be better quality food and service, so perhaps it’s new management.

Bartenders DJ and Jordan stole the scene tonight. Their service was impressive. Their quick wit and friendly attitude made us stay longer then originally expected. Their dinner recommendations were top tier as well as their drink recommendations. They entertained the entire bar with a professional but positive approach made our experience that much better. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Duck and pizza entrees. I have not visited Wicked in years. As a cape cod native I will be coming back because of the experience that they provided. I have managed several restaurants both on and off cape and I would have to say, from a guests point of view – they are true assets to your team!

Sad. My family and i had eaten there with decent experience years ago. Tonight was not that. It was horrible. The appetizer came a full 90 min after ordering and we needed to ask the server frequently if the food was ever coming. When the first dish came out (100min) it was a wrong order. Truffle fries tasted rancid like oil was spoiled/burnt, salmon was salty and the chicken was underdone. Final entree arrived after 120min. All in all it was a terrible experience. This restaurant is clearly struggling—poorly staffed, few patrons, low kitchen inventory. The management was full of excuses instead of apologies. We won’ t return—especially after seeing similar recent reviews. ZERO stars

I went there last night and I had the best chicken sandwich of my life, I’ve tried it from other places but nothing compared to the one from last night. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, the mayo was on point and the pickles tasted so fresh. I tried the french onion soup as an appetizer which it was amazing and the bolognese with short ribs as my main meal it really made my night. I would definitely come back again!

Shocked to see this place has only 3.5 stars! Hands down the best cheesy garlic bread we’ve ever had. This could have been a meal by itself! So good. Half meatball and half plain cheese pizza was delicious and the herb roasted chicken with carrots and mashed potatoes was excellent. Nutella pizza for dessert was delicious too. The staff was very sweet and the vibe was easy going. If we lived on the Cape we’d eat here frequently!

It’s easy to tell that Wicked is “chef” owned and has very limited experience or value placed upon of the front of the house, which is most of the guest experience.

The special pizza selection is really good but the abundance of toppings leads to a very floppy pizza that almost needs to be eaten with utensils (experience from prior visit). A large cheese pizza I received as an apology for our last experience was actually excellent. Outside of pizza, the menu is just okay. It’s uninspired, dated, and pricey. Very tourist-trap like.

My family and I went there a few weeks ago and we our experience was disappointing. Upon entering, the hostess (manager?) was vaping at the host stand. The interior is sad. The extent of the decor is some tv’s that had Telemundo soap operas on the entire time and tons of tacky oversized liquor bottles that scream early 2000’s on pretty much every surface. The men’s room was in total disrepair. The service was really bad. It’s easy to tell that training is minimal at best. Again, everything front of house related seems to be highly mismanaged. We ordered the calamari app, 2 short ribs and a burger. Calamari was decent but we had to ask for appetizer plates. Our server then asked if we wanted all the entrees together (which I suspected meant that one of our meals was dying in the window). Unsurprisingly, my burger was overcooked, cold, and dry and my fries were cold. My parents had the short ribs before and enjoyed them; this time, they did not. Sauce tasted off and the short ribs were dry. We were not checked on so I went to find the “manager”. She told me that the owner is usually running the kitchen and was not there that evening (again, lack of training). They gave us a free large cheese pizza as an apology, which as stated, was really good. The issue with that is we all had a bad meal and only one of us could take a pizza home.

Overall, really disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be looking to spend money there in the future.

Went after the tree was lit in the mashpee commons with two under two children.
The place was practically empty when we sat down.
We ordered within 20 minuets after sitting down. After 30 minuets after ordering we brought up The children were getting antsy, and if we could get our salads before our meal. 10 minutes later, the salad came out. 20 minutes after that we asked about our meal and the waitress gave us some bogus excuse. We Explained to her that the 5 other tables that were empty when we ordered already have all their meals. I said if our food is not here in 10 minutes, we have to leave. 10 minutes later we went up to the Front to pay for our drinks and leave but no one was at the desk. She then brought the food while standing at the front desk. we explained to the waitress that the kids are a mess and we are leaving, please give us the bill and send the manager over. She stated the manger could not come out to speak to us. We asked for boxes took a bite or too waiting for boxes. One meal was not edible.
We asked her to remove one dish and , she never came back over and disappeared we weren’t waiting any longer we . Payed cash and manually removed the dish ourselves from the bill. We left that dish in the table.

We waited 65 minuets to technically eat.

As some one who worked in the food industries I am aware enough to take care of patrons in order and make sure tables with children Are paid extra attention to.

Go to this place if you want cheap tasting, cold , high cost food with bad service.

I love the atmosphere! We were graced with a lovely waitress who brought us delicious cocktails and fantastic food! I had a burger so good I ate it like an animal, and I was sure to snag a couple pizza slices from my family. It’s the fullest I’ve left a restaurant and with no regrets!
