Went to grand view Dairy Queen at 5:20 pm on Thursday, feb 19th and made a $30 order, asked for extra sauces, and of course was willing to pay for them, when I got to the window the female that normally has attitude had extra attitude when I told her all my sauces weren’t in the bag, and than she argued with me, on how many I ordered and kept sighing, I asked her for two more, and she said I’ll have to charge you, and I said that’s fine, and than she had an attitude, and slammed them in my hand. It’s really unfortunate that the owners allow young girls like this with attitude to be a deterrent for regular customers. Train on customer service.

And what an experience it was! I have never seen such a confused group of people. we ordered a $7 meal and instead of a blizzard or a sundae my wife wanted an ice cream cone ( wich was $2 cheaper than the blizzard). the gal and manager, after looking at us bewildered ans staring at us like a deer in the headlights for a moment said “Sorry we cannot upgrade to a cone.” I rubbed my forehead and and explained to the manager very politely that if she looked on the menu, it is definitely not an upgrade. she turned and looked then she looked at her register for a moment searching for the proper key. she shook her head and repeated “Sorry we cannot upgrade to a cone.” My wife told her we will take the meal don’t worry about the sundae and ordered a cone on the side. Heavy sigh… This generation has become too dependent on electronics and A.I., we need independent thinkers that will be able to do for themselves and help others as well…

We ordered on the mobile app and got buffalo sauce with the order. They gave us gravy instead. So we asked the guy who gave us our order to please get us some buffalo sauce, to which he said that we need to pay for it. We told him it was already a part of our order and he just waved us off and went to the back when he returned from the back he not only didn’t have buffalo sauce but he had MORE GRAVY and gave it to a customer who later got a refund because he didn’t want gravy and didn’t get his sauce. He then gave out 3 other orders before giving us 1 more sauce that was half full and let me tell you I’m a glass half full type of guy but when it comes to buffalo sauce this shit was half empty. We finally got the buffalo sauce 20 mins later…over all pretty good food other than the fact that you must have gravy with your meal.

I usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but my last visit was a huge disappointment. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs. One employee, a short girl with a pink phone, spent most of her time texting or scrolling instead of helping customers.
I stood at the counter waiting to order while she was glued to her phone, barely looking up. When she finally acknowledged me, she seemed annoyed, rushed through my order, and didn’t even bother to repeat it back. Unsurprisingly, my order came out wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, she sighed loudly like it was a huge inconvenience.
The restaurant itself wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention to customers. Tables were messy, the trash bins were overflowing, and the overall atmosphere just felt neglected. If employees put as much effort into their work as they do into their phones, maybe this location would be better.
I won’t be coming back anytime soon. If management cares about their business, they need to hire staff that actually wants to work and train them to provide decent customer service.

I ordered a medium-sized blizzard, and it wasn’t even blended up very well. I’m not happy. Never had this happened to me before, and I’ve been going to be we’ve been Dq for a lot of years. There were slices of banana. I ordered a banana split blizzard. Not blended, very well.

came here on December 4th around 4pm . I had a large order and went through the drive through. The girls did a great job from taking my order correctly to making the food. Everything was delicious. will definitely be coming back.

If you want a gallon of gravy stop by this place. One of our 6 was told they would get ranch the other was told they were out and all got gravy after we went back 7 times for bbq we received gravy evey single time we ate all now sitting here with ample gravy and still only 1 bbq. Time check 30 min

This place was absolutely electric. My compadres and I are riding together on an 8 hr road trip to see Kendrick Lamar and sza live in concert tomorrow and decided “hey, what the Heck. With all the options around here, why not check out dq?” We have been watching rango and it’s pretty good so far. I’d give it 3.5 stars. For those unfamiliar rango is a 2011 animated feature about a lizard’s odyssey through desert. Our plucky hero is a sneaky intelligent boy with a whole lotta heart. The hijinx that ensue are absolutely legendary. So me, Ryan, drew, van, Eli, and Kaleb pull into a solid spacious parking lot and PAUSE OUR MOVIE come in. All 6 of us walked in with vibes at an all time high and we were not disappointed. From being bullied by an old man, to being given 6 cups of gravy after asking for bbq and ranch, this place offered so many surprises. The staff waved me off when I asked for a replacement but we pressed on undeterred. Finally after our sixth time asking we got one cup of buffalo sauce. Overall added an hour to our trip. Pretty chill tho and food was as good as any other dq. Despite adding that hour I’m still feeling good because we resumed rango and it’s heating up. (The picture is a reference of 2 of the 6 legends that pulled up to dq today)
