La Michoacana Vallejo is a family-owned ice cream, paleta, bakery, and torta shop serving the Vallejo community since 2006. Rooted in tradition and innovation, our story traces back to Jalisco and Michoacán, Mexico, where the Alcázar family perfected the craft of paletas, nieves, breads, and cakes. Today, we proudly offer authentic flavors alongside unique creations like our Dubai Heaven pistachio & Nutella ice cream, refreshing Mangonadas, Tres Leches in a cup, and fresh juices boosted with spirulina or collagen. Tradition, flavor, and family pride in every bite!

This place is amazing. On two separate occasions I needed a cake ASAP and for it to be personalized and they took care of me in under five minutes. Besides that the cakes are artfully made and delicious!

THE spot for pan dulce and paletas made with real fruit. Faves: fresas con crema, coconut con leche, piña and mango. Haven’t tried the food or the smoothies but it’s only matter of time.

The Gansito ice cream tastes exactly like a frozen Gansito on a hot summer day! I had it in a milkshake and lordy was I hooked. I also tried the prickly pear sorbet and was throughly impressed. I highly recommend this artisanal ice cream shop!

I love this site. The popsicles are so good. They taste like the ones from Mexico, the fruit/vegetable juices are 100 better and healthier than the name brand and they are fresh, no syrup used there. They also have fresh baked bread and sweet Mexican bread.

I don’t live in the area but have visited 2x. I have tried several different sweet breads and ice cream and it has been delicious! My favorite is this bread that has a red glazee on it ND shredded coconut all over it with a little bit of frosting on top. It’s so good!! My favorite. I forgot to take pics. When I go again I will upload pics!
