Ok..easily one of the best bbq spots in the area. Every single item I had was absolutely fantastic. Ribs, only fall of when bitten…10/10 beans, sweet and smoky, fries right out of your favorite 50s diner.. Mac and cheese not too cheesy and perfect flavor. The brisket sandwich…by itself was amazing..add their sweet and a.littlemspicy BBQ sauce…BOOM. pulled pork was so good ….doesn’t even need sauce..taste like straight roasted pork, unbelievable. Tom and his crew do bbq RIGHT. ILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!!!!!! finally some good barbecue!

Amazing BBQ which rivals some of the best that I had after living in Texas. The Smoked Pork Belly and Brisket were outstanding. Other offerings include chicken wings, pulled pork, smoked turkey and jalapeno sausage. They offer a variety of toppings like pickled onions and pickled jalapenos which are a nice, tangy touch. The sides are homemade as are two of the delicious sauces. Centrally located and a nice drive for delicious food.

Our favorites are brisket, pulled pork, wings (smoked and deep fried), jalapeño Cole slaw, etc. Very friendly people. Chill atmosphere that is very comfortable. Nice, relaxing country drive to get there.

Golfed today at Butter Valley. Gorgeous Fall day! But the real highlight happened after the round when we ate at Blue Haze BBQ. The food was outstanding! We had the brisket, pulled pork and chicken wings. The wings were incredible! And the homemade Alabama Blue creamy sauce was outrageously good to dip the wings. The onion rings and fries were incredibly delicious as well. Not only was the food great but the owner and staff took time to talk to us and tell us a little about their story. They were so nice and friendly it made for a wonderful atmosphere. Oh I can’t forget the homemade peppermint patty brownie for dessert. Come on!! This place should be on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. If you get a chance to get out there (it’s open to the public, don’t need to be a golfer) get there and you’ll love it!!

Best BBQ around by far!! highly recommend everyone to come give them a try. I have tried just about everything that they have to offer and my favorite by far is their pulled pork, especially when topped with the home made jalapeno Slaw. the pork and brisket are both extremely flavorful and moist (yes i said moist XD) The ribs are fall off the bone tender and delicious, the turkey breast platters and sandwiches are amazing as well. New specials always being posted on the Facebook page. Helpful and extremely friendly staff. cozy atmosphere. Will for sure continue to go to and support this amazing small business!

Great stop after skiing at Bear Creek. Ribs and Brisket were phenomenal. Customer service and environment were way above any expectation I had. Our group of 3 adults and 4 kids showed up close to closing time. The guy working the kitchen and register bent over backwards to take care of us with a huge smile. He gave the kids free rein of the TV and they had a blast while we pigged out. Definitely will return.

I had one of their specials, the pork belly reuben. Wow, amazing flavor. Perfectly toasted marble rye, good amount of sauerkraut and sauce but not too much where you couldn’t still taste the pork belly. Great sandwich!

My husband and I stopped in for their soft opening for breakfast this morning. I got the Eggs Benedict they were made the right way! The yoke was perfect, the english muffin was toasted just right and the sauce was yummy! My husband got an omelet and he said it was very good. I will be back.
