I placed my order almost a week in advance and paid online, so I expected that all the food I ordered was available and confirmed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. No one contacted me ahead of time to inform me that two of the items we like were unavailable. We only found out when we arrived at the restaurant, and the staff even said they didn’t see our order online.

It was only then that we were told there was no lechon belly and no chicken cordon bleu. It was extremely disappointing because the order was for a birthday celebration of two people, and our guests were expecting lechon. If we had been informed earlier, we could have made other arrangements and ordered from a different place.

Instead, we were simply offered lechon kawali and chicken afritada as replacements for both on the spot, which was not what we planned or paid for. The lack of communication and poor handling of the order completely ruined the experience. It was very upsetting that something as important as a birthday celebration was affected due to this.

Overall, I am very unhappy with the service and how this situation was handled. This could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to confirmed orders.

WHY!?! I’m still puzzled on how this place even passed a health inspection. The food looks old and dry, in my opinion, from daily reheating. They also over charge for the food, you had to practical force yourself to choose. Do your healthy body a favor, save it from going to this place.

Been going back here every time I have a chance. The food is 11/10 and the portion serve? It’s like for 2 people! But the best part of it all, the people here are so nice!!! Love this place and will always be forever a regular here. <3

Hands down one of the best Filipino restaurant I have tasted food from both the Philippines and US. The pinakbet is bettee than Barrio Fiesta’s, the sisig is better than Gerry’s and it’s not even served in a sizzling hot plate. Ampalaya (bitter melon for blood sugar stabilization) con carne done right. Not salty. Better than Grill City. Will definitely always come here when in the area. I spent $60 for food that will last me an entire week! Lechon, pinakbet, sisig, ampalaya con carne, monggo at sayote.

FILIPINO FOODIES & ENTHUSIASTS, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!

If you’re in Orange County and looking for AMAZING goodies, Pinoy Pam’s Best has got you covered. With better prices than commercial Filipino markets, you’ll be supporting a small family business that’s been around since 2009.

This place is 10000% more than meets the eye. I actually stumbled upon this on my way to work and the big PINOY sign caught my attention. I was immediately surprised upon entry at how much stuff was there.

I’m talking white rabbit, leche flan, ube halaya, etc. ANDDD they even have more stuff on the right side of their store. If you’re craving Filipino then this is it for you.

They’ve got frozen foods like lumpia, siopao, longanisa, and you can even buy hot foods like kare kare, bistek, and if you’re brave enough they also have diniguan and balut.

There is a $15 card minimum but trust me when I say you’ll be ordering much more than that.

I’m so glad I found this gem. I’ll certainly be back.

Was looking for a Filipino food place near work and bingo! Found a gold mine! They have all kinds of goodies. So much that I dont think I need to go any where else for a long time 🙂
I’ve included some pictures, but there were many other items available Filipino food items on shelves, in cold storage refrigerators, and fresh cooked items off to the left. If you’re looking for your Filipino food fix, great place to get full 🙂

Went to pick up cooked food and it’s so much better than Island food store in the same area.
They gave us a lot more and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this place .

Delicious Filipino dishes with authentic ingredients and taste. Here I had Beef Kaldereta (Beef Stew with Tomato Based Sauce) and Bopis (Exotic Spicy Dish using Pork cheeks, ears, and organs using spicy mix). I also had Chao Koh coconut water for the reason it has no preservatives and tastes great.
