only reason service is getting two stars is because the girl at the window was very sweet. but the person who filled the cheese and half wrapped my taco needs more training apparently. I understand it’s 10 Pm on a Tuesday night but if you can’t handle late hours don’t work them. I always love this location but whoever worked tonight was crazy lazy.

Highly do not recommend going to this Taco Bell. After ordering $40 worth of food and driving home, we noticed that there wasn’t any fixings on the food plus the quality of what food was given was extremely poor. I called the store to notify them of the issue. The store manager Martha was not helpful at all and stated that she knew of this error. She stated we could drive the food back to the store to get a replacement. After expressing my disbelief in how we are not driving all the way back, she stated that she can’t do anything else. Poor customer service, poor quality food. Do not recommend.

So I got the vegan box with the potato soft taco and when I bit into it. I nearly broke a tooth because that’s how hard and old the potatoes were when I went to open my melt and It had about 3 stab holes in the center. All the cheese was melted outside of it. But my chicken was cold on the inside as well. My cheesy potato was hard as a brick because it was about 3-4 hours old. I will NEVER go back there would not recommend to anyone. It is the taco bell in watson off 16.
They nailed the drink though. No complaints with the mountain dew. Two thumbs way down.

We had to order from a kiosk which I prefer not to do but the food was good, hot and the employees were nice. One person had an issue figuring out the kiosk and a worker came from the back to help which is a plus now a days.

Everyone was very nice. The food was great. Only problem was they forgot our nachos and we didn’t realize it until we got home. But, things happen. Overall great service.

We came here for our love of TB && peace. I understand people have bad days or situations that are frustrating, but it is absolutely NO NEED to cocky, stuck up, and rude with customers. Not only with me, but “Martha” had a bad attitude with the even the car behind us as you could hear her on the intercom. The #5 combo we got was more chips && beans 1 slice of jalapeños, && hardly no cheese. They forgot my 2 extra tacos & when I went to go inside they’re lobby was closed and wouldn’t fix my order unless I went back through the drive-thru. I went & I asked to get my 2 tacos i paid for & purchase 2 more soft tacos and give the cashier a 2nd chance and still so rude. When I approached the window she sent her mgr to take my money, & couldn’t make things right. I absolutely will not recommend this TB to anyone. Unsatisfactory!!

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU! Literally got a dorito taco with no damn meat. I spent 20$ if I wanted a bag of doritos I’d go across the street to rouses. Night shift juban staff sucks.
