We have been to this Jeremiah’s location many times and have always had a great experience with no issues. Everyone is helpful and the service is fast and efficient. Of note, the bathroom is for customers only but you can get a key from the staff at the front when you order. Recently decided to try the Oreo ice cream sandwich which was amazing. I will remain a Jeremiah’s fan for life!

I had a delightful visit to Jeremiah’s! The gelato here is not just yummy, it’s absolutely scrumptious. I highly recommend trying it out. What I loved about this place is the ample seating both indoors and outdoors, which makes it a great spot for a relaxed hangout. The variety of flavors available is impressive, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The staff were not only friendly but also helpful in suggesting flavor combinations. Liking this location more and more. I’ve gone to Jeremiah’s on and off since there was a little service window right across the street from UCF (20 years ago). I’ve eaten at maybe 6 of their locations and these days I frequent this one. They hung in there strong after a slow opening and are starting to see a regular following. The girls are super nice and the place is always clean. There’s indoor and covered outdoor seating which is nice during cooler months. I like the app and reward system and apparently you can order on it as well. This location is sometimes hard to find parking in the back lot, but there is also parallel parking not far away on the street.

We went back tonight because we like the Monster Mash flight, and we’d give it two stars at best.
There was no one to greet us. We had to wait until someone came out that barely looked at us and didn’t speak to us.
She came out and let out a yawn and big stretch. We believe that we woke her up from a nap. Seriously.
We don’t know what happened at our visit ten minutes ago, but there were three employees and none of them looked up when we came in or acknowledged our presence for at least at least 2 1/2 minutes.
Though we were at the counter, in-front of her as she was fulfilling an order, the attendant walked away from us and moved to another register and declared she could help the next person and signaled to the person behind us. there was no smile or hardly any eye contact when she did begin to take our order.
We asked for no spoons because we brought our environmental friendly spoons, and she gave us spoons anyway.
The second attendant was cleaning the counter and then disappeared, instead of assisting the other two that were ignoring the customers. ♀️

Y’all already know I absolutely love Italian ice! And I love Jeremiah’s! On this trip I had to give them 4 starts instead of 5 because of the long wait. (20minutes) i understand its Covid-19 and all but im absolutely tired of companies leaving one employee at work alone. Its not safe and its not fair. This is something that I am seeing all around and something needs to be done about it.

We did our gender reveal here and it was an amazing experience. We sat outside and let the staff know we had confetti for the reveal and would clean it up. They were so sweet and told us not to worry they congratulated us and made us some yummy treats. Always love the Gelato here
