Extremely disappointed with the service here. We pre-ordered to save time, but the store canceled our order because they were out of chips. We went in and re-ordered, only to wait 30 minutes while they didn’t even start our food. We eventually gave up and asked to cancel, but we were just charged $30 anyway. Terrible communication and now I’m stuck fighting for a refund for food I never received.

The Health Nut Smoothie and the Jamaican Jerk Wrap are two of my favorite things in life. Ordering these two items together with the plant-based alternative instead of chicken in the wrap has been my go-to order for years, but now they tell me that the plant-based alternative is no longer offered. Shame on you, Tropical Smoothie. ☹️

I managed a Cafe in Dallas and this location needs major leadership help. Employees shaking and slamming blenders that cost well over 2 grand and stripped the gears, so that tells me they arent following the smoothie recipe. All tickets on screen are red. Waited over 14 mins for 2 kiwi quenchers. Its 6 scoops of 3 items for a double KQ. It should be out in less than 2 mins. Need shift leads.

The atmosphere and service was subpar. No one greeted me and when I asked about my online order and the employee gave me an attitude. I ordered the food online specifically, so as not to have a wait. Once the food and smoothies were ready no one called out the order. The music playing was inappropriate. (Charlixcx guess featuring Billie Eilish) We are weekly customers. And are quite disappointed.

I will be going to this location from now on instead of the one in Harbison. Not only is it new and fresh and clean, But every employee I’ve encountered there so far has been pleasant and kind. They didn’t mess up my order at all when we went last Friday, and they even graciously accommodated my son who has multiple food allergies. The food was amazing and I had such a great experience there. ☺️ Thanks everybody!!!

This was my first time and last time visiting this store. When my mother, daughter and I entered the store we were not greeted by any of the four employees that were just standing around talking. The store was completely empty. As my mom and I were discussing what we wanted to order, the employees were snickering and giggling and looking at each other. This made as feel as if they were talking about us. When I decided what I wanted the cashier had an attitude and a smug look her face. She was looking back at another employee as I was paying still giggling. Very unprofessional. No thank you or anything just back to their conversation. My smoothie was good but the service was horrible and atmosphere was horrible. No “Welcome to Tropical Smoothie Cafe” or “Have a Good Day.” Just young ladies wrapped up in their attitudes and lives. Again I will come back to this location if they represent the business.

Smoothies are always good. I just got a sandwich that’s supposed to be hot and it’s ice cold. I got it as soon as they finished making it. This happens a lot here. Hot food is hit or miss

Stopped in to grab some late lunch and my buffalo chicken wrap was inedible. There was so much sauce I couldn’t even eat it. The service wasn’t great. I felt like I was bothering the girls working. And between our 2 meals it cost $30.

I frequent this establishment multiple times a week and this morning I purchased 2 smoothies both smoothies had additional ingredients that I paid extra for. The young man behind the counter gave me my two smoothies and I noticed that both blenders still had smoothie in them and asked what they did with the remnants and he stated if they are just a regular flavor no additional ingredients save for the next client but if they have extra ingredients the get dumped. I asked him if he could pour the remainder into a another cup and the manager replied “no”. If it was just a standard flavor I get it I got what I paid for, however if you start adding (2) B12 shots, ginger, and pineapple juice to your drink you want all that you paid extra for. If it was just a little bit in the bottom of the blender I wouldn’t have said anything. I paid over twenty dollars for 2 smoothies.
