Poor customer service. 3 People working, is not usally too busy around 3pm-ish. I ordered a coffee, requested a glass of whater and one hour later the bartender looked at me and seemed to completely forgotten. Perhaps the music is too cool, they are surely enjoying themselves, which is great! But would be even greater if they could pay attention on their surroundings. The sun is bright in the afternoon, perhps close some of the blinds would be a good idea. Just saying. Overall, just another Starbucks location 😉

Driving back to Wisconsin after dropping a friend off at O’Hare. Snowy days. So I’m going about 25 to 45 mph on the expressway and I decided I deserve a cup of coffee. Service was wonderful and it would have been five stars except they did not have the muffin that I had hoped to have with my coffee I had to substitute a morning sandwich.

I always have something wrong with my order here, they treat their customers bad I asked for a bag so that I could place about 5 food items I bought and they gave me bad attitude and then left the bag behind the plastic barrier I had to scoop my hand underneath the glass to grab all my food and the bag. Then they also didn’t fill my grande caramel brûlée. I haven’t taken one sip of this drink and this is what I got.

I order a cheese danish and caramel macchiato and usually it’s good and the service is exceptional but when I got my danish it had a bunch of burnt pieces from I suppose previous stuff from the toaster. I bit into it on my way to work. Glad I stopped because I had not taken out to see it. They need to clean out their toaster or something and stir the coffee well all the sugar sits at the bottom.

This Starbucks is the worst anywhere on Randall Road from Geneva all the way to Crystal Lake the worst. The waits are long the doors are filthy. The table tops are filthy, I meet coworkers here sometimes to do some business. The music is repulsive, they play and (it’s not a preference I listen to anything) it’s just constant repetitive Latino beats and I am Hispanic also, laughingly enough, I’m about the only Hispanic I ever seen in the place. . The coworkers aren’t very friendly. They never say hello goodbye nothing very undesirable.

Good service and clean as expected, but one of three of the drinks I ordered were not made the typical way Starbucks rolls. No returns, still drinkable.. this is a good location to visit.
