I arrived to check my order. Pizza lovers is what i ordered. She gave me and the persons before me angry looks like we were bothering her for our paid orders. She rolled her eyes when she didn’t put it the smaller order in a bag for the persons and they had to take a bag to carry it. She said this is a pepperoni lovers. Does this look like the picture online ? What’s up with the burned area. I was in a rush or i would have stayed and made a complaint in person. Ocean View deserves better.

Reviews scared me but I had to leave a review because the food was good! I know most these bad reviews are about when the food was delivered but I definitely recommend picking up. I just left from there and the food was fresh, hot, and ready on time. 10/10

Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue.

These people at 1st view location need to be fired! I placed an order online and even called to make sure they deliver to my house, I confirm all of a sudden it says pickup, I called them 11 times spoke with 3 people got hung up on times, they kept forwarding me to customer service, the alleged supervisor answered with the car door beeping in the background then hung up on me, finally got to supervisor at the call center who let me know the disconnected the lines. I work very hard I just wanted a refund for the food I won’t be receiving. Never again on everything I love.

This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut, and probably any restaurant. I threw away $40 on an absolute catastrophe of an order, and I’m furious!
First of all, let’s talk about the wings. The horrible excuse for a “sauce” they put on my boneless buffalo wings was revolting. But here’s the kicker: there was barely any sauce ON the wings. Instead, it was all over the pizza box, soaking through the cardboard and onto my pizza, turning it into a soggy, greasy, unappetizing mess. No one in their right mind would eat something that disgusting. And where was the basic common sense? No liner, nothing underneath the pizza to keep it clean. Just pure carelessness. You’d think a business with the word “Pizza” in its name would know how to handle a simple pizza order.
When I called to ask them why my order was a disaster, they gave me the most absurd excuse I’ve ever heard. Apparently, they assumed I wanted the “My Hut” box because that’s supposedly the only way I could get four boneless wings. What a joke! I checked the website myself — there are clear options to order 4 wings and a pan pizza separately. So why did they decide to throw everything together and let the sauce run all over my food? If the wings can only be ordered as part of a box, then don’t give me the option to order them separately! It’s misleading and shows either gross incompetence or sheer laziness.
But let’s say, even for argument’s sake, that this was a “Hut Box” — what kind of business sends out food without packaging it properly? This isn’t amateur hour, Pizza Hut, but you sure fooled me into thinking it was. The packaging was beyond sloppy. You completely ruined my pizza and left me with a disaster in a box. So what do I have to eat now? Just some fries, a drink, and a dessert. For $40. This is an absolute rip-off and a disgrace.
Pizza Hut, you’ve outdone yourselves in delivering one of the worst meals I’ve ever had the displeasure of receiving. You should be ashamed of this kind of service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about your food and the experience you have with it. I’m done with Pizza Hut for good. Never again and I now remember why it’s been YEARS since I’ve had Pizza Hut!

My experience with the West Ocean View Pizza Hut was horrible. I ordered 2 medium thin crust pizza’s (one pepperoni and one sausage), and 8 bbq boneless wings. The pizza was horrible and not fitting to eat!!! I understand that they were thin crust but there was absolutely no sauce on one and next to none on the other. It was basically just dough, cheese and meat. I called to inform them of my displeasure and was told that I would have to come in with both pizzas for a credit towards my next order. Problem is, I live in East Ocean View and was approximately 20 minutes from home after picking up my order and dropping it off to my children at home. I would have had to drive all the way back home, just to turn aroundand back track towards the West Ocean View Pizza Hut. Such an inconvenience for myself (time & gas) as well as for my children. This is not my first time having a bad experience with that particular location. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Almost 2 hours late.CHEESE pizza is burnt and “warm.” Did not recieve garlic sauce cups as ordered and PAID for. Manager named Nick hung up on my the first time I called through. I ended up getting through again, and was going to be rufunded for just the PIZZA on my order, when the rude “manager” once again got back on the phone. When I ordered online, it said 30 minute delivery time. Nobody called to tell me how long it was going to take past that. Order was sent out with delivery driver at 7:08pm, and did not receive until closer to 8pm. Nick claims that he didn’t hang up on me, that their service went out during the phone call. I am beyond irritated. Even for fast food, it is extremely unprofessional for Pizza Hut to be “almost out of dough, and out of alot of everything else.” What a joke. But alas, it is in ocean view.
Currently, the manager is refusing to give me a refund for the pizza that I threw in the trash because he hung up on me the first time. NO, I don’t want to wait to feed my family for another 2 hours while the place who would be taking my money for their goods/service is good for nothing. Including management.

Friendly service, nice location. From out of town, ordered via phone. Worker was up fro t about the long wait fir delivery and recommended carry out. My order was ready when I arrived everything was neat and ready inside.
Was surprised to learn that free cheese and pepper is a thing of the past but the little containers are cute.

Food was decent but the service in store was terrible. Employees acted like I was bothering them by picking up an order I placed online. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering and had to wait nearly 30 minutes in store. Not good at all!
