About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

Stopped by to feed the children and thought pizza would satiate the mob. One didn’t want pizza; he wanted spaghetti, but they didn’t have spaghetti, so we ordered him penned pasta and meatballs. One got a 12″ pepperoni pizza, and one got a 9″ cheese pizza. We, as adults, got the 4 meat 4 cheese calzone ring and a salad bar. The salad was good, and the lettuce mix was fresh. Tomatoes were crunchy and not soggy, and of course, that amazing Mazzio’s ranch dressing was a must. It was fulling and delicious, and it got the kids out of the truck for a bit, so it was a nice change.

The customer service was great. it was a peaceful environment for my husband to enjoy. We will be back. We were not disappointed at all.

Honestly it’s a pizza joint. Service is fine and atmosphere and restaurant look fine.
I order practically the same thing every time, and it is always inconsistent with the last. I ask for extra sauce they give me so much sauce it’s practically a pasta. If I don’t order extra sauce there is practically no sauce on it. And then sometimes the cheese is just piled in excessively.
I just really like mazzios and Ken’s style pizza in general and when it’s made right it’s great but unfortunately I’d say they fall short 90% of the time and it’s super frustrating to get home and open a disaster of a pizza.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: pizza is pizza, and you would really have to go out of the way to mess it up. That being said, the pepperoni and cheese pizzas were exactly as you expected. Let’s talk about the supreme. In what universe is a supreme pizza just meat and green peppers and how sprinkling of onions, because that’s what I got. Disappointed. It was ready when they said it would be though, so I guess there’s that.

I order at least every other week and always order a side of creamy Italian for my sandwich and fries. I’m sure I pay extra for, but never fails they forget even when they add a note on it. Took my sandwich back tonight because the delivery driver was suppose to get it and never did so my food was cold and the manager acted like it was no big deal. These people need to be trained to read and follow instructions . Never get extra pizza sauce on our pizza as ordered either. Won’t order again for a while !!
Feels good to hear from a manager who cares and willing to try to fix the issues and knew who I was by my order. She said she sees my order pop up all the time and knows exactly what I order. Hope she can get her staff on the same place as her. She’s amazing !

Upon arriving, the tables seemed dirty. The salad bar was fresh and carried most of your basic toppings. They were unmarked, so I had to guess and taste test them. I wasn’t impressed with eating overall. I ordered the boneless garlic and parmesan chicken. It was good. Overall, I would say it was satisfactory.

This place so pricey but the food sucks they had pizza up there from noon!! And yet still waiting on pepperoni pizza!! Spent 50$ buffets and still had to buy more food to get full! Very disappointed!!!

This place is so run down. The seats are almost all blown out. There is dust and cobwebs on all of the light fixture. The staff was friendly enough. Will probably be my last time at a Mazzios.

The restaurant is in horrible shape. The booths are extremely dirty looking with torn cushions that have the foam sticking out. Water damage with paint peeling from walls. Floors are new, but no care has been taken to clean on the edges. Lots of gunk built up there. Windows are filthy. Come on guys! We can do better!
