Horror custom service! Wasn’t greeted when I arrived. I was asked rudely if I had a take out order. I ordered online and when I asked if my rewards points go into my account when I order online, I was told I don’t no, I doubt it. I then asked if there was a way I could check and was told with a flat NO. The girl had a tag on that said In training. I think she should had taken the time to ask the manager to get the answers to my questions if she wasn’t sure

Went weekday evening. Ordered cheese fries, hot steak sandwich, cold sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Can’t believe the bread was stale. Just would fall apart while eating it. So disappointing. The hot steak sandwich was so greasy. And there was no oil/vinegar/herb sprayed on my cold sandwich ♀️.Ive always liked HH bread.

First time I’ve had a bad experience. Poblano soup was clumpy and thick, my steak B tasted like oil and was so greasy it fell apart before I could eat it. Plus while I was waiting I had to listen to the old lady and the clerk with a nose ring talk about how to massacre people so that was nice.

There wasn’t enough Thousands island sauce on my sandwich. Very disappointing! I’ve been going to this hungry Hobo since 2023. Since I move down here basically. I am very disappointed. I don’t know what is going on with this location in Rock island but, you all need to do better. A few times my order was wrong. Please do better thank you!

Saturday July 26th 2025 about 630 or 7pm. I met the most outstanding young man ever. He made sure my sandwiches and fries were perfect showing me my order was correct. Plus the sandwich worker made the best hungry hobo sandwiches I ever ate! Amazing!

Freshly baked bread for their sandwiches. Nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches with different sides for your order. Daily specials, as well. Our son goes to Augustana College nearby and we’ve been here a handful of times for lunch. Each time our food was great. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

I am from out of state and wanted to give this place a try. I got the tuna sandwich, and it was bland and tasteless. They just took the tuna and threw it on a tasteless bread with no lettuce or any other condiments. The curly fries were tasteless. I took a few bites of the tuna and fries and literally threw it away in the garbage. Would never return here. I would never go anywhere else for a tuna sandwich except Jimmy John’s.
