Leo, please work on your customer service skills. I placed a last minute order on NYE. I ordered 40 wings and 18 legs and thighs. Because I asked for delivery, it was outsourced to DoorDash. My dasher split my order and delivered it to two addresses. Provided two separate photos.
I thought my order was kind of light considering how much I spent and what I ordered.
Today my complex’s management called to say a neighbor complained that a delivery person delivered food that sat on their doorstep for 3 days with my name and address on it. I don’t usually use DoorDash so when I download the app I am able to see delivery confirmation photos. Two different places, minutes apart. Called Leo and he said it isn’t on ambassador which I get, I call DoorDash and they are like you paid ambassadors so they have to give you the partial refund. Leo goes on to ask me what
Was missing and did I count the pieces of chicken. Look at these photos… the one with the plastic bags is the order I actually received. The picture that has the Christmas wreath, is the part that was missing. That’s a lot of chicken to be missing.
I really like that the food is consistently good, that’s why I order it… but Mr Leo, the manager, you may want to work on that customer service.

I placed an order yesterday and was beyond disappointed. I ordered 2 orders of the buffalo wings, one with fries and the other with onion rings, a small cole slaw, and red velvet cheesecake. The chicken was very salty and the pieces were so small. The fries were ok and the onion rings were pretty good. The cole slaw swam in a pool of mayo dressing which was unfavorable. Now on to the worst part of the order, the desert. I asked for red velvet cheesecake and they gave me strawberry cake. If they ran out, they should’ve at least told me and offered a refund or asked if I would’ve liked something else. I noticed after I left the restaurant. The cake had a small layer of ice on it in one area and it was liquid at the bottom of the container. I touched the cake and it was wet like someone poured water on it. I’m thinking that the cake was frozen and unthawed so liquid was on the cake from unthawing?? I threw the entire cake in the garbage as it wasn’t edible. This is beyond unacceptable. I’m really appalled that this quality of food is being served to patrons. This place was good when it opened years ago and I see it has taken a turn for the worse. I haven’t been in years since I no longer live in the area and thought to grab dinner for my friend and I as I was visiting her. I wish I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

I like the food here, but I think it’s totally ridiculous that I can not order and pre-pay online in order to pick up my food, because I haven’t met the minimum amount of $12. Their wait times for pickup orders is 30-45 minutes, so I have to either buy more food online that I don’t want, or I have to literally go to the restaurant to order and then wait around for up to 45 minutes for my food. That is not a good business model, and they have missed multiple opportunities for me to buy from them when I’m hungry and passing through the area. I wonder how many people pass on this restaurant because of that. SMH.

The food is good. The service sucks. I made order online and I realize there was no banana pudding on the list so I called the restaurant and ask them to put banana pudding in my order. The young lady who answered the phone told me just put it under one of the desserts and under it write banana pudding. I explained to her that I had already ordered so she said just put it on there anyway so I put it on there. In order to do that you had to do a whole new order. I didn’t realize that the next thing I know I’ve got two orders so I called her back and told her to cancel one of the orders because I only wanted the banana pudding anyway without argument. She told me in plain words I ordered twice and I had to pay for two orders. So for now on they never have to expect me to order anything else from them. You have to be specific when you call them because they will mess up your order. I’m was really thinking about calling my bank and stopping the payment because I shouldn’t have been charged twice for one order that I wanted and the other which I didn’t. I had to pay two drivers tips for the same food and then I only got one banana pudding. Never again ambassador
