These jerks closed early as flip, stopped taking orders, saw us in the window confused, and did not bother to acknowledge us. After one employee saw us she chuckled. I had to get off and knock on the window to see what was going on. They told me they were closed and I explained that they had an entire line in the drive through. Buddy panicked and said that they’d notice eventually. Completely unacceptable…

Had the ultimate worst experience ever they were out of slushy mix they were out of a lot of other things the food was cold was put together very poorly was charged $2 for two cups of cheese that barely even had anything in them the customer service was atrocious the CarHop tried to get me to pay for my food before bringing my food even outside was told that’s the way they do things when I know for a fact that is not the Sonic way of doing things in the Sonic standard then when I called to try and make a complaint with the manager the person was very rude was trying to rush me on the phone did not show any empathy or care or concern about what they had did wrong did not offer a solution or anything would highly not recommend this restaurant

I asked my wife to order me a small chocolate chunk brownie blast and as she gets home I dig into it and not one chunk of brownie. Just nothing but chocolate chip in it. I called the store and they said for me to go back to get another one. For what, so they can spit in it this time. No TY.

Great experience. Food was fast, everything was correct and the woman at the drive thru (the name Julia was on the receipt) was super nice. Her smiling face and great customer service isn’t something you experience often. We enjoyed our quick visit.
