I know why the phones always busy, when I called after trying for 45 min and kept getting busy signal I finally got thru to immediately being put on hold for 11 minutes before giving up. My husband instead went there and put our order in. Nothing but young teenagers and young adults working there that absolutely hate their jobs. It took him 25 min to get his order after he placed it and the girls were so rude. They come to the window and instead of speaking just stand there and wait til u tell them what u want which is very weird The food was garbage, the thing is I don’t blame the young girls because teenagers are going to be teenagers but why not pay a decent wage to where someone can work there that actually needs and wants a job before this place goes out of business. I really am being generous by giving one star. I wish I could honestly give this zero stars. Just a shame to see how this place has gone downhill. I don’t need a generic reply to my review saying how sorry Dairy Queen is for my experience just do better geez, This place used to be great just sad, The prices have gotten crazy and service /food has gotten worse . Make it make sense. The pics is how long I was on hold before giving up, my ham and cheese that was supposed to have everything on it and doesn’t have anything on it and old greased soaked mushrooms. If I felt like wasting another $10 in gas I would demand to get my money back. Fries were soggy with burnt ones mixed in (didn’t get a pic) my dogs wouldn’t even eat this

The food, service, and broke down ice cream equipment reflects the poor ownership and management now of a once thriving business that has fallen into decay. A once nostalgic place, it’s sad to see its decline over the recent years.

The soft serve machine has been “broken” for almost 2 years that I know of. Can you just, ya know, get it fixed? We waited about 40 minutes for 3/4 of our Blizzards, with the last one not being made because the machine had shut down again. By this time the chicken we ordered was cold. I would be upset at this, but I’m more angry at the fact that this has been my experience here 3 times in the past 2 years, and I’ve only visited about 4 times total. They once told me it would take them about 20 minutes for my frozen treat because of the machine, and that was 2024. Are repairmen unheard of? Is this some 1850s machine that only a Tibetan monk with 60 years of training can work on? I used to beg people to try our DQ because it was the best around, and now I tell them to avoid it.

the workers can’t count and overcharge you for items. They take forever to make things, and I’m not impatient but 30 minutes for a chicken strip basket? The workers never answer for pick up orders either! And I love Dairy Queen it’s one of my favorite restaurants but you’re better off going to McDonald’s instead of this place! Not only those things but it’s incredibly dirty and run down.
