We came through the drive thru tonight and didn’t get the young man’s name. He had dark brown hair and glasses. What a great young man. He was super friendly and helpful. My family keeps talking about how we will make the Lavonia Arby’s our go to place. Customer service is lacking nowadays and this man has our business. Thank you.

MAY 27, 2025: Purchased large size potato cake – so glad that they brought it back!
Also purchased the barbecue brisket. About the third time, on the APP, with the special, BOGO..This time, DISAPPOINTMENT. Why? See my picture. The meat was cut like “shaved,” Extremely thinly sliced – just like a roast beef sandwich.
Last ones I purchased, the meat was sliced thick. I even compared mine to the internet pictures of the same. I will purchase again. Could be me.
Thank goodness on the APP now. First visit was not; but, the second visit, they were!
The Big Cheesy Bacon Burger is the best. What makes it better is the APP: Buy One, Get One Free!
Unfortunately, the first visit did not allow for personal awards or special APP only awards. However, Arby’s had 2 for $7 Fish sandwiches, and, you guessed it, I purchased them. I just love Arby’s Fish Sandwiches too!
PS: Longhorn’s, right next door, has the same hamburger cook. LOL, just kidding, but in a blind taste test…. imagine.

I went this evening. It was slow. The girl took my order. I paid and got my food and left. I was in a hurry. So didn’t check my food. I got to my daughter’s house. Our fries were old and very cold. They were nasty. I started looking at my receipt. She changed me 61.00. We had 2 hot Thank you very ham Swiss sandwich meals. The are 9 something. She charged me for hot ham and Swiss wheat. I called Arby’s. The lady pulled up my receipt. She said they were busy right then and short handed. That they would get back to me tomorrow. The food has always been good. But the fries were terrible. I’ll be waiting

The lady in the drive through is a very outgoing person and it shows with her interaction with the public. They messed up our order but quickly made it right. I was traveling through but I would definitely eat here regularly if I was a local.

went through the drive thru and waited for order upon receiving my order the employee looked lost so I read off my order before I could finish he said yeah yeah yeah got home and realized I was shorted a jr roast beef went back and was told we are out of roast beef come back tomorrow she said cheese stix were under cooked and the 2beef and cheddars tasted like old meat service needs to improve they charged a primiem price for subgrade food and people expect to receive what they pay for

Was really good when they first opened. Daytime is still pretty good, when the managers are there. Not great in the evenings. My fries were undercooked and limp the other night and I couldn’t eat the Philly cheese steak sandwich, it was a soggy sloppy mess.

I hope it improves. Long wait at drive-thru AFTER ordering, dry curly fries, served wrong drink. Maybe these are just teething pains, but they need to step it up if they don’t want to end up like Lavonia Burger King, or the Lavonia Wendy’s (now gone). The dumpy truck stop Arby’s in Fair Play is better.
