Worst experience at this place the me and my friend just had at this place. It was our first time and it would be our last time coming here.
By start the guy who was there he doesn’t know what customer
Service is at all, poor customer service from not knowing how yo introduce himself properly and not even checking on the table during our visit, me and my friend order 4 pupusas and one order of plantains well the pupusas were alright, but the platains were soak in oil literally he brought them out like that to the table and I asked them if they can remake them because we can’t those platains like that, and he’s response was “oh well they can’t make them different that how they cook them” and I said to him I been to other restaurants where they sell platains and even though i know they’re made in the fryer they never come out like still soak in oil literally”it was very gross” so then I proceed to tell him to just take them back, we didn’t want them since they look nasty.
He takes them back. Me and my friend ate the pupusa’s and we got up to go pay which he charged me. He just tells me the total he doesn’t show me no bill or anything. I’m like OK fine I’m gonna pay and when he gives me my card back with the receipt, I see that he still charging me for the plantains so then I question him. I was like why are you still charging me for the plantains? when we give them back to you, we didn’t even eat them and he said because “we ordered them” and I was like I’m not paying something that I didn’t eat and I didn’t eat it because it was your guys fault the way that you guys can make them right so then he gets all with attitude with me so then I proceed to tell him the I need to speak with the supervisor and then he proceeded to tell me that his supervisor is not around so then he steps away and he calls someone on the phone. I’m guessing it was the supervisor and he or she tells him to give me my money back from the plantains. It was a very, very unpleasant experience. Now I understand why this place was so empty.

i was recommended here by a friend, i ordered 10 pupusas, 2 tamales and 2 large drinks. i did the math based on their menu and nevada taxes, when we went to pay the bill, the gentlement charged me at least $20 more on top of what it was supposed to be charged. Now that i think about it, he didn’t even print me a receipt, he pretty much guess what to charge me. I was already upset because i missed my doctor’s appointment with the VA, due to time difference UT/NV. So i ignored it and moved on, i was determined to relax and calmed down in order to have a nice drive back to utah. The point is, they Robbed me, so always pay attention to your bill.

Don’t go here they are the worst place to eat at nothing has a price and it takes over an hour to get your food out. The also don’t give to go containers and want to charge you for napkins. There been reported to weights and measures for there practices horrible service and are racist if your not Nicaraguan

If you want authentic Guatemalan food you need to come here. I was in heaven when I asked for a Guatemalan enchilada and they brought it out the Rellenitos de frijol were like my grandmas the longaniza was delicious and the service was awesome. I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. Gracias Mucha por llenar me el estómago.

I went today because the pupusas were 99cent well , i was charged 16.69 after she told me it was $13.00 so I called and asked why ? she said it was taxes and card charges , why didn’t she communicate with me about that ? Instead she just charged me and on top of everything she was so rude to me didn’t let me speak ,kept talking over me and just rude I asked to speak to a manager or the owner she claimed she was the only person in charge,I have been a customer for years and now I do not want to go back there it’s sad when 1 persons attitude can ruin a restaurant I hope the owner/ manager sees this and fixes the problem that now this restaurant has.

Really really bad place here they changed the prices on us a few times added extra fees (mind you we ordered no type of specialties or nothing ,just plain ol plates ) and then they still had the audacity to have horrible customer service very bad mannered people. Love pupusas & Salvadoran food but will definitely not be tolerating such atmosphere. DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

We visited this restaurant today to have a delicious breakfast. We totally love it. The pupusas where so delicious and with great taste,the coffee was fresh,the service they gave is is professional they made us feel like home. Is a very clean environment. we totally recommend!!.

Went here for the first time and ordered 10 pupusas to go. When I got home I noticed that I only got 9. I didn’t want to bother going back and waste gas for 1 pupusa. However, I did call, but no one answered. The pupusas were small for what you pay, $2.75. If you want cheese with loroco, the pupusas would be sold for $5 each, which was expensive especially since they are already small. The sauce that comes with the pupusas was extremely liquidity and bland. It didn’t have any texture, the texture you normally get when you make sauce with tomato as the main ingredient. The person who was on the cash register taking my order was rude.
Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Not a fan of the pupusas, they were ok, but for the price , it wasnt bad either. The curtido was subpar and the salsa was so watery, no thickness. Service was great, very nice warm greeting.
