The pizza was delicious! It was delivered hot and quick! The toppings we ordered was plentiful. The delivery driver, Eddaurdo was so friendly and nice. This is the second time I’ve got a great pizza from them! I will definitely order again.
The next 2 deliveries were a disaster. The very next delivery was cold. Barely even warm. I believe the driver had it sitting on the front seat. I watched him put the pizza
in the bag used to keep the pizza hot. Big disappointment eating cold pizza.
The next delivery was totally wrong pizza! It was 1/2 cheese and the other 1/2 was loaded with jalapeños. The kids didn’t even want to eat it. I wasn’t interested in eating jalapeños or plain cheese pizza so… that was my last order from Domino’s. I don’t know what happened the first couple of times that we ordered pizza from there. It was absolutely great.. but no more.

The employees here are VERY RUDE!! I called asking for an update on my pizza it had been on inspection online for an hour. I was informed there was only 1 driver but my pizzas were going with the next drop offs. If I didnt have it in 20 or 25 mins call back. Ok, perfect. I aslo say because I was going to ask for a refund. 25 mins roll around so I called back. I was then informed that people have been waiting for 4 HOURS. I simply say I will not be waiting for 4 hours for pizza. The employee gets very rude and hangs up out of no where. So now Im pissed off. Someone else answers the call and says I was rude to them. What??! So I say, If how Im talking to you now is rude then ok. Making my point in the fact that i was not rude because I wasn’t mad until the man hung up on me. This continues on with me explaining my frustrations and the employee getting more and more rude actually yelling at me. They are clearly having a frustrating night but dont take that out on your customers. I was also told they couldn’t get in touch with the driver, but they cancelled my order and no driver ever showed up. So they were lying to me on top of everything else. I said a while back I would never order from here again. For some reason I decided to give them another try. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered from Papa John’s and already have pizza. I dont know if its a bunch of kids working here that can not manage stress but this place is poorly ran and has been for a while.

I placed an online order on 11/30/2025 at 4:14 pm. I received the order at 5:17 pm. The tracker gave incorrect information. The delivery time kept changing. The pizzas arrived cold. It was as if they had been cooked and sat a long time before delivery. I don’t know if they forgot the pizzas or if they were short-staffed on the drivers. It was not in my plans to have to heat the pizza before eating. Not a pleasant experience this time.

The lady taking the pan pizza out of the pan messed up the pizza and tried to blamed the pan for her error but the pizza was not done all the way. She only offer to remake the pizza because I was standing in front of her while she messed up the pizza. I declined to have the pizza remade because she looked like she would mess the pizza up again if remade and I didn’t want to wait another 30 minute to be disappointed although I did have to put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking. Thid place 1 is dirty as all get out will never go here again. I order food delivery and when driver got here to my house he was opening my food and looking through it then just drove off without even coming to the door. I called the establishment and they told me they were going to void my order and remake it to pick up there. While I was there no one had gloves on there hands while making pizza. I still didnt get all of my order after being told everything wad there. Shame on me for not checking. Also while I wad there thi gs just fell on the floor and the employees kept using them without washing them. I am absolutely disgusted. This place needs closed down so many health code issues. Dominoes do better.

Placed a delivery order at 11:30pm. Must say I tried Pizza Hut first, but that’s another story which can’t understand when a place say closes at 11, but really closes at 10:45 when they no longer answer the phone or accept online orders…. So after that and one other try at a small mom and pop pizza joint(that one went to voicemail, before closing hours) I reached out to dominos and I was so excited when the order actually went through and showed accepted. I haven’t ordered out in a while and had decided to cheat tonight. I go out to the garage to get my money. When I get back in the house I see I’ve missed a call in the brief amount of time. Wouldn’t you know my luck tonight. It’s domino’s cancelling my order because they “don’t have a driver” I understand people don’t want last minute order but hours of operation are there for a reason and you serve until the actual closing time. I don’t know what’s happened to the pizza industry anymore. I worked 11 years at a major competitor pizza and if we didn’t have driver, we turned off online delivery. That’s the beauty of all this computerization. Even 14 years ago when I was slinging pizza you could turn off online delivery. Pizza gods were not looking down on me tonight!

Order the pizza from Domino’s that was 3 minutes awa, it took an hour and a half to get to me even though they quoted 45 minutes, My pizza was cold and they messed up my order I ordered no black olives and they delivered a cold pizza with black olives, I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering from them.

Really….a gas station salad, you could at least advertise it as that. Not a chicken salad that looks like it was made by hand with real chicken…not to mention the filly cheese steak…..or thevpizza that the kids wouldn’t eat that was so hard and cold that you could hold it up with one hand by the crust of one slice, I called and the manager Cheyenne was extremely rude calling me a liar. I will be contacting coorporate, get it together every resturaunt on pendleton pike officially sucks…welcome to the club dominoes you officially joined the club of not being worth my money anymore… qdoba and culvers in mccordsville are the only 2 good places to get food around here anymore.
