First time eating here. First time having rosatis.Chris was our waitress and was very kind and helpful. Top notch service. The food was great. Came in for lunch and even ordered a pizza to go for dinner tonight . The only bad thing is that we have to drive almost an hour to eat at rosatis pizza. Definitely have to look at a franchise opportunity in my area.

This is a great pizza place. They have other different food itms in their menu. The wait for food can be a little long but that’s ok because means freshly cooked food. There’s a guy called Chris, he is the best host/server and is always helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere, quality food and customer service.

Place just ok. I’ve had better deep dish. May have been a victim of late dining for having arrived about an hour before closing. The pizza was very watery bit the garlic parm wings were very tasty. Service was very good though. I’d give them another try if I’m ever in Waco again.

We posted photos of similar deep dish pizzas from this same restaurant but 8 years apart; we were back in Waco and wanted to “go back to that place that had great Chicago deep dish pizza”. Got there at 6 PM and there were probably five tables busy, but staff seemed flustered by having to get a table for a party of five. Once seated, it was another 15 minutes just to bring drinks; once we ordered two small deep dishes and one calzone, it was another 45 minutes to get the food. Once we got the pizza, the crust tasted as if it had been frozen at some point and then baked in the oven – otherwise, ingredients on the pizza were fresh; the pizza was otherwise very watery.
As you can see from the photos, the 2014 pizza was much better looking with richer sauce. Our server says their crust is made fresh; I beg to differ and say “fresh frozen” and then heated as they need it. You can can actually see the water in the pan on 10/2022 photo; the pizza from 2014 didn’t need such a serving pan because it was done the right way.

Out of towner! I was craving pizza and didn’t want the usual suspects. I grabbed my phone and searched for local places. Low and behold, I came across one of my favorite pizza places. The thin crust gets me every time and the Alfredo sauce . My in-laws are definitely enjoying this and I’m sure they’ll be making a trip back to this location.
