Dropping our son off at BGSU and everyone suggested Culver’s. I don’t know what I thought but I didn’t think it was this. So we ordered and it was good. I thought I ordered a regular burger but I got a smash burger. Either way, it was very good. Fries were good. Sweet tea was just right. And the service was great! Will I eat there again. Absolutely Still not what I expected but still worth going!
The sayings on the cups were a nice touch

The staff is extremely nice! Clean atmosphere. Fries are great. Received wrong sandwich and missing fries. Ordered 5 meals and some curds. What we ordered was just okay and probably wouldn’t order again. I would go back to try something different next time. Their desserts look amazing.

Since moving to wood county – I gave Culver’s another try once this one opened (haven’t had very good luck in past) Bowling Green OH has a gem – service is always stellar- easily understand the person in drive thru – never had an order messed up- they have manners using ma’am sir etc when appropriate. Whomever runs this location Kudos to you and your team for going above and beyond
HOWEVER today not so stellar – stated fish sandwich only tartar no meal – states order then asks if want fries and drink – fine we all get absent minded and it’s habit no big deal but giving me a sandwich that obviously had everything on it then scraped off and then no tartar?? Make that make sense and after 11 minutes bring it still messed up

When we fist arrived thru the front door we were only greeted by one person out of the 4 employees up front, Dylan was the only one to greet us even while he was taking an order, durning our wait for our food it took about 15 minute get out, me and the other person I was with both got crispy chicken so I know that they take at least 5 minutes to fry. While we were waiting for our food the shift lead was just sitting out in the lobby just on her phone while the kitchen was clearly struggling along with the front , while being a manager at a different location this was hard to watch. When the food came out it was alright, the fry’s were still cold and the food was made sloppy but still tasted good, during this whole time the shift lead was on the phone up until we left. Very disappointed in this franchise location.

Disappointing…waited 11 minutes for two milkshakes in the drive thru and we were the only people waiting for food. Even more disappointed when the milkshakes came out and they were completely warm and the consistency of just milk… would love my money back.

Very good double cheese burger. Frys could be cooked more. They only filled my drink 3/4 way. However they did give me another one. I was expecting them to just fill it up. They said she couldn’t take it back. Oh my goodness definitely recommend the ice cream.

I am not a karen and I usually give great reviews but im going out of my way to leave a negative rating so other customers dont waste theyre time. I waited for about an hour for my food at a time when it wasnt that busy. They had atleast 10 workers there, and 5 of them were standing doing nothing. After our food was finally ready, they didnt do anything to make this right. It took them atleast 10 minutes to print out my receipt after I complained, and it didnt seem like they even had a manager there. Hop the service gets better.

Definitely worth the drive! Food was absolutely delicious. Plenty of options to choose from. Reasonably priced. Quiet atmosphere. Service was excellent. I will be returning!

Terrible. Consistent mistakes and poor ownership. The staff and GM were fine but this place reeks of hands off ownership and I will never be eating at another Culver’s. The poor young ladies I tore apart have been misguided and my heart goes out to them. The GM was called in and seemed to have to bring her child in so that she could help in some sort of need. Step up ownership. Proudly owned? I bet. I want to say thank you for saving me $50 a week and saving my arteries and heart in the long run. For that, I am grateful that I will never have another one of your burgers. Pathetic.
