The staff are always nice and friendly. Specifically that one girl who is shorter, sorry I don’t remember her name but she is always the sweetest! I think she may be a manager. Food is always good they just run out sometimes but that’s normal with a poppin place like this. It gets busy at times but they have a drive through and it helps with my social anxiety 🙂

Our first time in a Chipotle Mexican Grill and we were not sure what to order. We watched a couple people place their orders and got familiar with the process. My wife had a salad and I had a bowl. We both enjoyed our meals. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The food tasted good! I was surprised how high the price was though, fast food service at the price of table service restaurants! Our meals with two self served fountain drinks cost pennies under $35.00. We won’t be rushing back!

The food was good as it always is but there was no Cholula. Also there were only four employees in the line took forever and it also looks like they never have an opportunity to clean. The cleanliness bothered me. I understand having to work in fast conditions but I mean come on… looks like they need more employees.

Portions compared to prices is way out of line. Stopped getting the bowls because they kept skimming on meat an rice literally everything. Switched to tacos an went for 3 tacos they smashed them into a ball an put dried out chicken in them well 3 cubs the size of a dime. I will never order from this establishment again. Might try another location but I will have to stand in line an watch how much portions are given . I was using the app for pick up but they seem to mess that up. Very disappointed on many occasions .

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line after we were told the food was ready. Then, we were told the food wasn’t ready and we had to pull around again. There were 8 cats in line. I pulled in to a spot and waited 10 more minutes went inside. First. The door almost fell off in my hands, I actually thought the glass broke. The store was filthy food on tables and the floor and shredded cheese on the counter by the register. There were 5 other people waiting for food by the register. Finally after a few more minutes, a woman at the counter started asking everyone what the names for the orders were. She gave one customer food out of five, then she asked me, and came back up with our order. The chicken was over cooked and fatty. But the bowls were full for probably the first time. We go here consistently and it’s usually bad. But has never taken this long to get out order.

Placed an order for 8:10 pickup, got in line at 8:00. Finally made it to the window at 8:45 to be told they have no chips, cheese to make our quesadillas, or carne asada. Mind you, the app said our order was ready. Asked for a refund and was told we have to do it on the app. Messaged the chat function and was told we needed to speak to a live representative. It’s been 15 minutes and we still haven’t gotten a live agent. This location needs closed or new management.

45. Minutes. In. Line. People were walking up to the window to get their food and they were giving it to them. Finally got to the window to be told our order wasn’t there. Lies. They then found our order. Told us it wasn’t ready and they were working on orders from 5:45. Yes, FIVE FORTY FIVE. We were then told to go to the back of the line??? The line currently out to the highway??? Absolutely not. On the phone with customer service now because what the actual hell is going on there?
Ordered on the app for pick up on a Sunday at 5:30. Pulled into the parking lot and there is a line wrapped around the building and then some. Apparently the inside dining is closed and it’s now drive thru only? Multiple people have walked up to the doors just to walk away. Half an hour later and we are still in this line.

I’m really disappointed in this establishment. The first time I ordered from them I got a full container of food. The second time I ordered it was pretty skimpy to say the least. I thought I’d give them one more chance considering it was going to go 50/50 either way. And once again they didn’t even fill up the container. Very skimpy portions for $17+. It’s a disgrace to be quite honest! I will not be visiting this location again. It’s worth driving a few miles down the road to the next location to get what you pay for. This particular establishment should be ashamed of themselves for what they’re putting out.

Had a friend hype this chipotle up because of the drive thru. It’s pick up only. So I went inside and hit the bathroom before I ordered food and after 20 minutes of being opened that bathroom was disgusting. There’s no way an employee was even around that bathroom in 12 hours so what about the food? I left.
