Dear Chipotle Customer Service Team,

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I recently had at one of your restaurant locations. During my visit, I politely asked the employee serving my meal if I could have a little more cheese. Instead of assisting or explaining portion policies in a customer-friendly way, the employee called over a manager. Unfortunately, the manager responded in the same dismissive manner without attempting to resolve the concern or provide a positive customer experience.

I have always associated Chipotle with quality food and strong customer service, which is why this interaction was surprising and disappointing. As a paying customer, I simply expected respectful communication and a reasonable effort to accommodate my request.

I hope you will address this matter with the location’s staff and reinforce the importance of customer service. Experiences like this influence where customers choose to spend their money, and I would like to feel confident visiting Chipotle again in the future.

Such a nice area plagued by such a crappy chipotle. Every time I’ve been here the service has been abysmal. I understand staffing can be incredibly difficult but given the rate Chipotle pays you’d think the could find some better employees. The young male working today was uninspired, unfriendly, and 100% could tell he didn’t want to be there. Terribly customer service. As if he’s never interacted with another human being in his life. If this was my business I’d have fired him on the spot and clocked in myself. Just Terrible. Not to mention the ride was half cooked and hard and the queso and other salsas were all dripping into each other due to the apparent lack of care by the employees here. If there wasn’t a manager on duty they need to get one and if there was they need to find a new one.

Great location. Easy access to parking. Organized in ordering and delivery. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lunch was around 1:00 PM, so the food was still fresh. Prices are reasonable. Food preparation was quick. Restroom was clean. Looks like management is doing a better job. Last time I visited, the food was over cooked and they were understaffed. Awful service! June 29, 2025 – We walked in at 6 pm on a Sunday, admittedly after a dinner rush.
We were the only customers there and the three staff were all hunched over the make tables.
Every table had debris and smear marks, the floors were littered with dropped food, and the trash was full. What are these people doing?! I understand that we may have just walked in on a temporary lull, but this is ridiculous.
The cashier was non-communicative and unhelpful. Between customers she was texting.
Disgraceful.
Sadly, its been a long while since I’ve been to a Chipotle worth visiting. Whilenthis is far and away not the worst, its definitely not recommended.

Honestly, this Chipotle changed my whole day. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I walked out of this Chipotle feeling so genuinely impressed — I had to say something. First off, the team here? Absolute all-stars. I walked in expecting a typical quick meal, but from the second I got in line, I noticed how different this place felt. From the moment we walked in — with kids in tow — the atmosphere was clean, calm, and surprisingly kid-friendly. That’s something you don’t always expect from a fast casual spot, but this team made it feel easy and welcoming. It’s clear the staff knows how to create an environment where families and individuals feel comfortable. Ethan was the first person to greet us, and he instantly set the tone. Super friendly, upbeat, and patient — especially with our kids as they figured out their orders (and changed their minds a few times). He didn’t rush anyone, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every bowl and burrito came out exactly how we wanted it. He genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, and it showed. The energy was positive, the restaurant was spotless, and the people behind the counter were moving fast but still actually talking to customers like people. They were friendly, patient, and totally locked in. When I hesitated on what to add, they offered suggestions like they actually cared that I’d enjoy it. It’s such a small thing, but it really hit me. You can tell this crew has pride in what they do. My burrito was wrapped perfectly (not an easy task), everything tasted super fresh, and it honestly felt like someone had made it for me — not just slapped it together to keep the line moving. I left in a better mood than I came in with. And that’s not something I say about fast food often. Sean at the grill — absolutely killing it behind the scenes. The steak and chicken were coming out perfectly cooked, fresh, and with that signature Chipotle flavor we all love. The food tasted better because of it — plain and simple.

To whoever’s managing this team: thank you. You’re doing something right. I hope someone reads this and realizes what an impact great service can have.

On my way home from a 2 hour drive and exhausted I picked up my food in the drive thru. I thought it felt a little light so I checked the bag and I saw all my containers burrito bowl, chips, guac. But got home and opened my bowl. It was only cheese and lettuce. With dirt on the lettuce!! (Pics) So maybe the blessing is that I didn’t eat it but when I sought support on pepper chat and calling, they said they’d give me a free entree coupon. I won’t be eating at chipotle for the foreseeable future. I just want my money back.

It was 7:15 pm and they were out of steak and chicken. When the person working the food asked the cook if he was going to make more he said no more tonight. How do you run out of steak and chicken at 7:15 pm when you close at 11 pm?

I wanted to shout out DAVID for his hard work. There was a line and he was the only one making the food while two girls were chit chatting at the register the whole time. I hope his manager sees this review and gives him some type of recognition for pulling the teams weight. He also made sure my bowl was filled.

bowl, shout out to the guy who helped me to add ‘lots of lettuce’ and being very enthusiastic about his job! Felt really bad because of this move he was kind of being blamed by another guy who probably is a senior worker here cuz he thought I was asking for ‘lots of cheese’… ??? Truly appreciate the service I got today and happy thanksgiving!!
