Chicken tenders overcooked and tiny. Fries cold, only two dipping sauce option(buffalo sauce and kfc sauce) out of lemonade and pepsi. Very disappointing. Quarter to show size

I went there last Thursday & the service was great. I ordered the same thing I did yesterday.. a 8 piece meal.. there was a different manager evidently. My rolls were hard, didn’t bother separating them, mash potatoes & corn was filled less that have way. No napkins or eating utensils. Really poor customer service. I WONT GO BACK AGAIN

My entire ordeal took over 30 minutes from ordering at the drive up line to finally getting my food. I ordered a #1. No special order, no extra this or hold that. Just a number one. I paid at the window and was told it would be about 5 minutes. The lady asked me to pull up and said she would bring it to me when it was ready. Ten minutes later I went in looking for it. Same lady needed 5 more minutes to figure out why I was in there. Food was good, but NOT worth it. Only 2 cars came behind me and no one went inside during the whole time I was waiting. 🙁

Visited this location An had a few issues With the manager on duty. She was rude towards me Once I pulled to the drive thru .my food wasn’t right , I told her about it an she kinda blew it off like it didn’t matter. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the shift manager, Her Name was Monique . You can’t treat customers or talk to customer anyway but nothing under professional we all have a job to do.. Professionally

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. The staff is poorly trained and have no etiquette or professionalism. The restaurant itself is not very clean( i.e. the floor was slick and slippery) The service was extremely slow. I waited almost forty minutes for 7 pieces of chicken, along with 3 more guests, as well as observed a person come in from the drive-thru twice because of an incorrect order. I love KFC and came with high hopes, but left disappointed and will be sure to never return to this location.

Passing through on our way home to Texas, they didn’t have chicken but I was ordering famous bowls only. So no problem. Fun and friendly team of employees. It was a pleasure meeting them.

My husband and I eat here about once a month or so. It is rare that we receive the correct order. They do not repeat your order to you or tell you your total at the speaker. So you just have to cross your fingers and hope your order was received correctly. The food is always good but you just have to settle on what they decide to give you.

The employees at this KFC have the most positive attitude! I love that they always have a positive quote on their board in the drive threw. I was also happy that the employees started to wear mask well before other restaurants started to wear them. Keep up the good work and stay safe!

Now I know KFC is not a fine dining chain but I think our experience at this store calls for attention.
We walk in about 8:55pm, they close at 10pm.
The girl at the front counter greets us, we put in our order, she accepts our payment, till opens, she walks away… with the till open! It stays open the whole time we are waiting.
We wait for about 10 minutes before food comes out and looks atrocious. The staff continued to play trap music while locking us in the store with an hour to close (that would be good in case of a fire), and mopping/closing down everything.
I would steer clear of this facility anytime of the day. I’m guessing this isn’t the first time some of these things have happened.
