Wingstop is one of those places you have to catch on a good night, and when that happens, it is magical. I went to the Conant location and the food was solid. No complaints there.
They have a take out window to the right of the counter that you do not really see when you first walk in. I was the only person in the restaurant and the worker still told me to go to the window, which made me laugh a little. It felt unnecessary since I could have just given my name right at the counter, but once I got to the window my food was ready and everything was correct.
Overall the food was tasty and the service was friendly. Wingstop can be hit or miss in general, but this location has been consistent about getting orders right. The take out window setup is a little silly, though. If it was a pickup rack where you could grab your food and go, it would make more sense.

Overall, meh. The fries were pretty good – very sweet though? It’s interesting.
The chicken was really meh. Our mild chicken tenders and boneless wings were soaked in grease and just overall, meh. Maybe it’s the flavor choice we picked?

First time at Wingstop. Food was great. I loved the sauce options they have. My son got the hot honey rub, I had the habenaro. The lady working at the counter provided world class customer service. A customer that came in after us has specific request for her order. She had no issue making sure she met each and every one of her needs. That is what good customer service is. We even got some free fries and brownies.

The food was horrible omg, me and my co worker ordered through DoorDash while here at work. And since we decided on wingstop we just knew we would have no worries, and be satisfied with our food choice. First off we received the wrong chicken, it was not the flavors we had originally ordered. Second off the fries were extremely cold and bottom of the barrel, literally the most anorexic fries I’ve ever saw with 3 tablespoons of sugar just dumped on-top. It was more sugar than fries if I’m being honest. I didn’t think wingstop fell off like this, but since Rick Ross been chasing after these females the low quality chickens have been chasing after us. The audacity for food esp bone in chicken to be this high, and unsatisfying is disrespectful, and audacity being given away for free. I can’t even return the food because we are at work. Let me get Rick on the phone because how are you representing this brand besides having their/yall logo brand cup in your hand at every function? Are there not any Quality checks? Then no one picks up the phones. This not even worth what we paying, at this point Ross the Boss just give it away. oh and my sprite tasted like baking soda water, I just can’t ♀️

My dad was waiting on our order at Wingstop and he saw the ( manager?) chef pick his nose and then saw my dad looking right at him and he was bout to put on gloves then he changed his mind and stepped aside and washed his hands. Food was good just hope that dude didn’t handle our food.

The service here is terrible. We have been cheated at least 5 times. Veggie sticks. 6 out of 40 wings were missing. Fries. Wings again. And now fries again. My friend told them we were missing two large fries. They were so confused. So again he told them 2 large fries and they somehow couldn’t understand and they gave us 2 small fries. My friend gave up. Had I been there we WOULD HAVE GOTTEN WHAT WE PAID FOR. Especially after being cheated SO many times. We correct their mistake and they still can’t fix it. They need to give us a few free meals at this point… Because by now we already paid for them. WHAT A JOKE.

**PARENTS** order the fries plain. The seasoning they use is super sweet. Ordered 3 combos and the kids, they ate a quarter of a baskets worth (they ea h got a basket). When I asked the guy what’s on my fries, he says
“let me guess their too sweet?”
Ahh yeah, but what is it?
He stated he didn’t know, I was not thrilled by this answer!
This place is busy, not once we’re we greeted nor asked if we wanted to place an order. We stood at the front for about 12 minutes before we decided to order offline while in the store…. after which the order stated it was going to be about 1.5 hours before our food would be completed. We then decided to come back the next day.

I hate this wingstop. It used to be one of my favorite places to get wings but the quality has gone downhill. Order 20 well done flats and what you end up getting is a bunch of 2inch long wings that are cold and soggy, even though you picked them up 3 minutes BEFORE the time you scheduled. This place is a joke and so are the workers.
